terrible service here. everytime I think im saving myself time by ordering online. an hour early. I go in. I do my shopping. I show up at the time I selected in the app. and every single time. its not ready. and im waiting 10 plus minutes after my pickup time. they need to learn to handle online orders better. this time I show up for my order. they tell me its not ready. I sit down to wait. and they help the customer after me first.

We liked that they were open late. There were 2 workers but only one other person in line in front of us, and it took a while for us to get taken care of and the man that helped us took forever to make our 2 sandwiches, it was like the DMV. I feel like they didn't put enough veggies, which didn't taste very fresh along with the bread, they were kind of sad sandwiches, we only ate half of both.

The only issue I've had is they run out of certain meat contents when the manager or owner fails to order more because of foreseeable special events that cause an inrush of customers.Otherwise the servers and product are A1.

I actually enjoyed the new sandwiches that they came out with, my wife and I had the Great Garlic sub and it was very good,the garlic sauce was not overpowering and we loaded it with onions too.
For being busy, was nice and done right. Going back today to have dinner watching the stanley cup

The girl who was working Subway the night of 3/21/2022 is flipping awesome. I regret not getting her name to give her kudos for job well done. I did an online order, there was a line of people ahead of me and she was clearly solo captain of the shop even being a young woman. Two people should be working for sure this evening. She recognized that I was the online order and acknowledged me immediately. While I would have easily waited for the line to cleared but she expedited it and was super positive the entire time. Only negative was Subway was out of black olives. WTH, how is that possible? regardless, service level wins the day.
