We were having an event at my work. I was in charge of getting the food for the event for 40 people. I tried calling the restaurant I previously called for a quote, and kept getting sent to voicemail. Spent 2 hours last night trying to find a place to cater my work's event today. Around 6pm last night I called Teriyaki Madness, and Aundrea was the angel that I needed! She was able to take my order, and had the order ready for pickup by 10:30am this morning. Everybody enjoyed the food, nothing but raves from my colleagues. I will definitely keep them on our list of restaurants to use for events.

I am disappointed. The redhead chonk ‘mistakenly’ thought my order was to-go being I came in 25mins before closing and took the soda machine apart so I could not get a refill. Then when I went to wash my hands, because everything is so damn sticky, I came out to darkness as they already turned off all the lights and locked the door. You are getting paid to be there, what is the damn rush? I tip and have tipped each visit, but why bother when I am clearly not valued.

I ordered yakisoba style noodles I had to get the veggies in order to do it yakisoba style from my understanding yakisoba noodles are cooked in a wok the ones I got had a cup of grease in the bottom of the bowl basically a soup, disgusting would not even recommend my dog to eat here. Potstickers were cold and greasy almost like they been sitting in a warmer for hours overall I’d give it a 2.5/10 and that’s being nice

I ordered for spicy tofu and the guy gave me spicy chicken. They changed it with tofu but the vegetables still the same one that they gave me with chicken (i heard from the chef lady said she's runs out of vegetables). Not even apologize. Very disappointed and I won't go there anymore.

This location is fantastic and a stanchion of the franchise. The workers are always on top of things, go above and beyond and is driven by GOOD management who is on staff/location: They are respectful of their delivery drivers and make sure to keep their restaurant clean. Fast-casual Asian ✔️ Helpful staff ✔️ Proper management ✔️
If anything: all workers here deserve a raise given how fast casual Asian restaurants are the highest earning franchises in the USA!!!
