First of all, they were supposed to open at 10 and seeing that there’s really no place to eat at Buffalo Bills in Nevada. They opened at 11. The food was horrible. The Menudo taste water down something my husband got the meat was awful no flavor in the menudo , and then I got the Carne asada with scrambled eggs, my eggs were overcooked which were crunchy and gross and they give you like six potatoes, no flavor the chili was stuck to the little container and the corn tortillas they gave. My husband were hard and cold.i would definitely not be eating here again . ???

This is like the gas station version of a cucas, it's just something that shouldn't be. The bean and cheese burritos (needed more rice and less beans with cheese that was actually melted) were as bland as their "salsa." As someone from the Redlands area this is a poor representation of the Cucas I know and love.

We waited in line and when we were finally about to order people who had already ordered rudely just walked up in front of us and when the multiple employees just ignored us we left. Doubt we will ever stop here again.

Try the marinated shredded beef. Great food. Really nice people. The marinated shredded beef was recommended and was really good. Jaime was so nice and helpful. I got a burrito to go and he put the beans and the rice on the side for me. The green sauce is really good too. Highly recommend
