Ordered a simple chicken bowl, took 25 min to get it and we were told we couldn't get taco Bell in the middle of lunch time. The place was dirty, messy and had food all over the floor. I could see the same car was waiting in the drive through the entire time we were waiting. The people ordering behind us were able to order taco Bell but for some reason we were not.

The staff was very nice. They all kept busy. When the young lady wasn't waiting on a customer she was cleaning up the place.

Worse customer service I think Toya needs to be retrained, she has an attitude problem with each customer. They need two cashier's in the front especially how much it's high traffic there. Not going back to this location.

Staff very unprofessional...standing around looking...instead of helping customers. Cashier didn't count back correct change...order was incorrect..then staff had nerve not to believe what I ordered was on the menu...? WACK..
