The workers there are so rude. Some African American cashier gave me attitude because I tried to give her a code before i paid. BEFORE I PAID. she was being so incredibly rude and acted like she owned the store. I told her I was gonna drive back around to redo the order and use the code and she told me “your food is already ready, you can’t do that” first of all i’ll do what i want with my own food and my own money thank you. she needs to get fired or be talked to about the way she treats customers. while she was taking my order i also heard her borderline yelling at customers telling them “you need to wait one minute” and screaming it in the speaker as well. incredibly rude worker she needs to be fired.

Literally the rudest drive through workers I have ever encountered in my life and I’m from the hood in LA 😭 the level of disrespect when I asked a simple question is astounding if I could give this McDonald’s LESS than 1 star I would and I literally don’t even write reviews that’s how bad the service was, I get you hate your job but don’t take it out on the customers

Large parking lot that can accommodate RVs. Lobby is large, clean and odor free. Plenty of seats. Self servince fountain drinks, napkins and straws. Kiosk orders and mobile orders only. Restrooms were spacious and relatively clean. Service was quick but don't expect a happy encounter as the employees seems miserable working here.

It's the only McDonald's until you drive about 20 more min east into LV food was fine and so was service however if you plan to use your app or expect the typical value menu they do not offer it properly because of their location they basically don't have to just giving you a heads up.

food is fine, its mcdonalds....

no person at cashier so all orders are via app and kiosk. if you struggle with technology or have impairments such as vision or hearing it may be difficult.

dont expect help from the staff, they suck and hate their jobs.

I have a pretty mild expectation as far as far as McDonald's goes. It's McDonald's we all have a lot of expectations. But the end of the day we buy the food we eat it and we move on with our lives. We're leaving Vegas and heading home back to Southern California we stop at this McDonald's which we tend to stop at pretty often. Its at a prime location. Today not only was the customer service subpar but when they were missing four hash browns from our meals, I was treated like I was trying to take advantage of McDonald's instead of responsibility that McDonald's made a mistake. The girl that has the exceptionally a large eyelashes and really crappy attitude, is who I had a larger problem with. But I took my three hash browns instead of four that was listed on a receipt and walked away. If the hash browns weren't over $3 a piece I wouldn't care so much but I felt like this took an additional energy that I am now expressing via review. We will continue to come here because I feel like the staff is rotated out pretty frequently but I definitely did not like our experience today.

One of the cleanest and friendly McDonald's i have visited in a long time. Order via app in the parking lot and food takes less than a couple of minutes to be ready.

Nothing left in Primm except for Primm Resort (which looked closed), McDonald's and a couple of gas stations. Bright side plenty of Tesla Charging Stations and most of the cars were.

I dont do reviews but this last visit was terrible. Only like 6 cars in the drive thru and it took an hour. Went inside to get sauce, lines were long, waited 15 minutes to order food after pulling up to the drive thru speaker. It was a mess inside. Waited another 15 just for drinks . We got 1 drink then waited another 5 while the worker in front of us at his window was scrolling on his phone and drinking his own drink. Very sad to see just how long this took.
