I dont do reviews but this last visit was terrible. Only like 6 cars in the drive thru and it took an hour. Went inside to get sauce, lines were long, waited 15 minutes to order food after pulling up to the drive thru speaker. It was a mess inside. Waited another 15 just for drinks . We got 1 drink then waited another 5 while the worker in front of us at his window was scrolling on his phone and drinking his own drink. Very sad to see just how long this took.

This was the WORST customer service 0, Food triple 0, and the restroom weren’t cleaned alllllll dog gone day! I frequently visit Las Vegas and this Mc Donald is one of my stops to get food and COFFEE! I swear he must of PISSED in my cup!!! I have never Eva tasted a horrible mix… he said “ I just made this COFFEE??????” Yes I’m done and I want my money BACK… times are to hard to waste on food and horrible service… Please send me 27 dollars ASAP!

Conveniently located next to a Tesla Supercharger; drive thru & indoors; clean and smells good inside; use the McDonald's app and earn rewards; females beware - no toilet seat cover in the restroom; no person behind the counter - you have to call them from the kitchen.

Absolutely awful customer service. Watched the person in front of me in the drive thru wait 10 minutes to have their order taken. I had already placed an order and paid. I get to the box and had to wait an additional 5 minutes just to be told it’s 15 minutes past the breakfast menu and they won’t make my order. Absolutely pathetic.

Attempted to order a water this varies per franchise typically a dollar is charged they put ice tea on the order which is 150 percent over that, and i pointed it out and they said they had to charge, wrong sku!

Me, my kid, and probably 40 other folks descended upon this restaurant yesterday evening. The place was clean and tidy, even after a supper rush. The manager made it clear that orders would take about 10 minutes because they were busy, and that they were out of tea and lemonade.

We ordered, got our food in maybe 7 minutes, ate good McDonald's food, and had an easy evening. This was a great easy supper.
