For being fast food, mcdonalds has really stepped up their game. They are quick, have decent food, and I can't find a better soda! I love them for the convenience, good flavor, and normally quick service you get.

customer service lacking hard to figure put how to upgrade Carmel ice coffee gal helped me ended up with two on my bill. Can't even drink the whole coffee loaded with syrup bottom of cup.Bring back workers customer service. Will not hurry back place crazy so many people trying to figure out menu.

Terrible service. There was not one employee working at the counter, all orders were taken at the drive thru or on a kiosk inside. Both drive thru lanes were wrapped around the building, inside the lobby was packed with so many people you could hardly move. Wait times were 30 mins after placing your order and most people who received their food had missing or wrong itmes. We ended up leaving.

That place is so dirty. Every table is dirty food all over the floor then I ordered online through the app had table serves no they just yelled your order number I got my food slushy overflow, sticky all over fries taste like they were sitting in oil find some food Nobody wanted to eat it in the trash eat it it’s the same experience and atmosphere same service

I ordered two iced coffees. It took them THIRTY MINUTES to make them!This place is extremely busy and the manager seems to think two employees can cover the demand. I have literally never seen a McDonald's so poorly run.
