The staff wasn't friendly at all. Also this is a licensed Starbucks meaning they set their own prices. Coffee was 11$. Yikes

The drink is overpriced because the place is licensed from the casino nearby. The staff there are probably asked too many times of this question and have grown impatient. The entire neighborhood, including the shutdown mall, seems to be on a slow death path. I wouldn't go there in the night time.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. I simply asked for a very small extra cup for my coffee, something they’ve always given without any issue in the past. But this time, they refused and said they would charge 81 cents just for an empty cup. Seriously? This is completely surprising and honestly feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.

Starbucks used to be known for good service, but this kind of behavior shows the opposite. It’s frustrating and definitely not the experience I expect when I’m already paying for a coffee. Very disappointed with the way they treated me.
