This is not a regular Starbucks. It's the only one that charged me $2.17 for a cup of ice water after I spent over $10 on coffee. Precious water! There was only one guy working at the counter but I had to wait for more than 5 minutes when there was no one else around. It was hot outside. I ordered the ice coffee but he handed me hot coffee! Very bad service and attitude. it's the worst Starbucks.

Really odd interaction.. asked for a cup of water Was told I would be charged for it .. fine But instead of being charged for water they charged me for a cup I did not receive They could have had the decency to give me at least a cup with the water inside Instead I got a disposable cup and attitude
