I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. Regrettably, several items from my order were missing, and crucial ingredients were absent from what was served. This oversight significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this place to others. I sincerely hope that future patrons have a more satisfying visit.

They got our order wildly wrong. Completely wrong product. Unfortunately we were already on the road when we realized it. I have a feeling they bank on that. There was literally no other customers there but there were maybe 3 front of house employees. Bathrooms were dysfunctional, not stocked and flushers not working. It was clean so I’ll give them that.

11/16/25 i didn’t get the names of the guys working but me and my buddies showed up very close to close and they very nicely let us order. they got us our food super fast!
For 7 days I was t̶r̶a̶p̶p̶e̶d̶ vacationing in Primm and this Taco Bell was the only place I ate besides Carl's Jr. Loved those lil cheesy street chalupas they have now (again?). The caramel apple empanadas are superb. 10/10
Even the double deckers were like, why? Why not? More taco per taco. Go wild. Don't let your dreams remain dreams.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito with extra red sauce, waited in drive through nearly 15 minutes, the girl at the window seemed like she hates her job. The burrito had no sauce, barely any beans, it was so unportioned that the tortilla wrapped around TWICE and there was so much onion on it that it was barely edible. I do NOT recommend eating at this location. Absolutely terrible!

I am from Arizona and have been to all the Taco Bell‘s in Arizona, I was driving through Nevada on a family road trip and this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, there was a gentleman by the name of izm and he was very professional and held up the atmosphere very well and took care of everything and made it feel like an actual sitdown restaurant
