I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 double cheeseburger buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, 2 were plain, the other 2 had no pickles. Large size Coke and Large size Fries. Everything was great except for the fries, they were as cold as if they were sitting in the refrigerator. I'm sorry if I scared the staff with my bald head. The poor kid looked shocked when I pulled up to the window to get my food.

I'm Mario, an African American War veteran. On September 16th, at 515 am, I go to the drive thru. I ordered one steak bagel and they charged me for two. The total was $28, I gave the employee (no name tag)$30 cash. I looked at the receipt and was charged for two. I let her know I was overcharged, she says, no refund. I have to take the sandwich. I requested the manager (no name tag) and his reply was, no refunds and I wasn't even American. He ended up giving me the money back and I gave him the food and the coffee I ordered. This is how you treat war veterans? Still upset and hungry

New staff are not friendly at all. Need customer service training. My 2 burgers were cold and patties were dry. BTW I didn't even get my receipt so I didn't even know what number I was. I made eye contact with one girl who works there and she didn't even tell the cashier I was waiting. Cashier was too preoccupied with soda machine

If your plan is to stop, enjoy a McDonalds meal and save money, this is not the place.
The place doesn’t offer any of the regular deals such as the $5 meal deal. Even meals and items that would cost normally $5-$6 USD were overpriced which is crazy… Aside from the price, the quality of the food is the worst I’ve tried in any McDonalds that I’ve had from different parts of the world. My main issue were the fries which tasted very bad, dry, stale and a flavor I can’t describe but I imagine comes from old oil. The cheeseburger was super dry and cheeseless.
The service was okay, nothing memorable which is whatever. However, the atmosphere is just off, weird.
McDonalds can and should do better. Way overpriced for what they offer.
