After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru we finally drove away without paying and without our food. Worst experience at a McDonald’s by far. The person in front of us had to knock on the window to get any help.

Horrible place to stop and get your fill on McDonald’s. After waiting about 10 minutes to be attended by the cashier it was announced that “Your all more than welcome to use the self checkout machines to place your order”. After placing my order it still took about 20 minutes to get my meal. Needless to say I will avoid this place at all cost. I didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait”. Costumer service is the most important thing to me when choosing where to eat and this place just doesn’t have it. Big thumbs down from a loyal McDonald’s costumer 👎🏽👎🏽

Are we at a concert or a family restaurant? The music is sooo loud can't even hear anything. It's ridiculous. I'm not at a bar or a club. This is a restaurant.... Never coming back here at least inside.. the music is for the guests not for the employees in the back. Music was already loud and a song came on and someone decided to crank it up. It's so loud a deaf person could hear it
