So… I know it’s a small crew and give a lot of grace to their wait times. I go many places where wait times are more. I liked this place because more often than not it was less smoky than the others…
As a customer service professional they always seem to be off in their own conversations and engage minimally with the actual customers.
Aside from both those things…
I went in a few weeks ago with a friend..he got the burger on special ($12) and I got a single cheeseburger ($13) and we got no drinks. We were also told they were out of fries and offered to sub tater tots. My friend paid and it wasn’t until later that I noticed he was charged $32 before tip for what should have been $25. I wonder if changing to tots charged us in the system.. we weren’t told there would be a charge.. nor would I expect one seeing as their common shortages are not a customers fault. But then we go all the way home to discover they gave us two double cheeseburgers. Neither order was right.
I no longer live here… and held back because I truly do like to support small businesses.. but it was just one thing after another.

Horrible service and wait times and unable to get order correct save your money and visit one of the other restaurants in town

Even though we were given a refund for food and drinks we didn't receive, the excuses is what will keep me from ever returning or recommending. "I'm sorry, we'll improve " goes along ways farther than "I'm sorry, but".
My bloodsugar crashing doesn't care about excuses. Good luck.
