The Indian guy that works at this location is one of the rudest people yet. He has ZERO customer service skills & makes rude remarks under his breath. He acts like having customers is an inconvenience. Get this guy out of the store. Will not be giving my money to this place anymore.

I can not rate my order because the door dash driver left at the wrong house.

I had a coupon for a sandwich, paid full price even after he scanned the coupon. I paid 11 bucks for a 6 inch sandwich.

Go into the place to get my order to be told that they didn't have the churro or the pretzel, which fine I understand running out of something but because I already paid online I was told that to make up for not having those which would total $7 plus tax. I was told that the best they could offer me to make up for it which comes to a total of $4.74 plus tax. Can someone tell me how that makes any sense? I didn't bother trying to argue with the worker because I had to fet back home as this was a comfort meal for my wife after finding out she lost a family member. Also was not very safe in there as there was what appeared to be children putting the chairs up and rugs all over the place. I almost fell just trying to enter and exit. This place really has gone downhill.

I just wish the lady that served us today was in there every time, i never have a bad meal/experience when she works, i only put 4 stars because if it's not her working the meal doesn't come out right, anyone else and something is somehow always messed up

On my way through town, ordered a six inch tuna. It looked like the end of the bread was just lopped off and I ended up with 4.5-5 inches. Not really a big deal, but when I asked for a "little " mayo and mustard, I wound up with two-three lines of mustard (too much) and about five or six passes with the mayo. The sandwich was more like a big blob of mayo/mustard with a little tuna mixed in. Was so messy and inedible I couldn't even eat half.
