I swear every time we come here, they mess up our order. Every. Single. Time. We canât even drive away without having to check the back to find the errors. Getting it fixed is always a pain and the manager, Norma, is very rude. Each time this has happened, sheâs been very snappy. I get the workers are likely over worked and Iâm sure theyâre underpaid, but that doesnât excuse rude behavior.

Complete and utter slackers ... Don't ask for delivery because of someone else picks it up and cancels it, they get your food and Taco Bell won't remake it even though they admitted that they do not require delivery drivers to confirm the order has been picked up before leaving. This will make your order more complicated and very late... Don't order from this incompetent store... I would order from Roberto's on N. McCarran Blvd and Prater because you get more food for the same price and it's authentic and tastes amazing... You'll thank me later đ

I went to drive through today They got my order wrong I ordered 3 crunch tacos with other food but when I checked my receipt after I paid they got 1 cheesy gordita crunch it's totally different order so I told the guy who got my order And the lady came through the window w/very aggressive manner she said what is the problem? Well I had to repeat her all over again what happened so i just want my correct order she said It is MY FAULT because I didn't check the order screen First of all their screen is all dark can't see anything through there also he didn't tell me to check the order before I paid so then can I just get refund for the wrong item she said drive back go through the drive through again!!!! So I did go back through DT ended up return entire order asked her name she says I don't give the name shut the window They can't even take the simple order don't even want to correct the mistake I think customer service doesn't even exist there Fix your screen first if you guys want to blame the customer for wrong order you've taken

I ordered a chicken cantina burrito and it was soggy/sloppy mess. It didnât taste the same. I asked for extra green sauce and only got one. I donât know what I received but it was NOT the burrito I asked for. Iâm not the one to post negative service online but wow⊠Iâm disappointed
We had to go back through drive through to add 1 item on our order. The guy that served us name was âPaulina L.â stated âwe can add a drink but not foodâ when asked if we could add 1 thing to the original order, then as we went back through to get the item we were originally trying to add he is talking to other co workers and not listening to whatâs being ordered. Nuggets or strips whatever you want to call them look unappetizing/burnt.

They actually gave me enough sauces on my order and everything came out more than hot enough to still be hot when I got home. Actually having enough nacho cheese and jalapeno sauce was amazing, that really made the meal.
