The chips and cheese are way too salty! The Cantina chicken taco is ok but with the grilled cheese makes the taco difficult to bite into!

I usually don't have a problem with this store but this time my order wasn't right and didn't notice until I got home. Some of the customized items that I asked for wasn't on my meal and yet I was charged for them. My tacos and burritos looked like a semi truck ran them over. I asked for no beans on a item but yet there was beans. There was hair ( pink )in my Mexican Pizza ??

The taco shells were all busted and there was maybe 1 bite of meat in the tacos. Taco Bell has gone downhill just like everything else in this build back better country.

They got rid of the dollar menu, and their beef gives you the horrible diarrhea, but it still tastes great and you can substitute ground beef for black beans, just be warned that if you get the happy hour freeze they don't fill them more than halfwayVegetarian options: You can switch meat for black beans on anything, just don't do refried as they contain beef fat

Female drive thru attendant (not wearing a name tag) couldn’t be more rude. Multiple times I’ve dealt with her an every time she’s as rude as she can possibly be for no reason. Taco Bell should teach their employees the bear minimum level of manners.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Cold food and terrible service! It looks like there is more than enough staff but stood at counter for 10 minutes waiting for help on my order they messed up!

Had to order from the in restaurant kiosk even though they had people working. You're not allowed to order at the register anymore even though everything was very well spelled out. They still got the order

Don't go through the drive thru! It takes a half-hour, not kidding, if busy. When not busy it's almost as long.Update Feb 2024:Forget food all the time, and their attitude sucks when you call them on it.

My family been there in taco bell disc.drive branch this morning and this woman she said shes the manager, she said for 3years!? But shes been rude to my husband bcoz he dont order in the menu machine, which is his waiting in the counter for some1 to assist him,thats why his waiting in the counter, she give him the order but shes been rude to approach him that you should order the machine, will who know thats your protocol coz shes already there! And thats very rude that shes been acting like that and raising her voice to the costumer!!!! And I call there, and I told what happen, and she said shes only a human? We are also a human too! She needs to be polite cause we are a customer!! You lose your business if you have that kind of employee!! How come she be in that position if she dont know how to treat the customers in a nice way! You need to do the right action to her.

To my surprise the fries were really goid. The sauce they put on it brought out the flavor I requested extra sauce and jalapeños so it tasted even better
