The food was hot and delicious! We only ate breakfast food and everything was really good. We ended up eating there 4 mornings. Jose and Anita our servers twice and they were the BEST!! Very friendly and prompt service. I would highly recommend!

It’s pricey but it’s Tahoe. But still pricey. Food is good and works for “good enough” substance but not exactly memorable. Service has always been great for us. We share a breakfast in the morning and it hits the spot.

Had breakfast here on July 18th. I had the avocado toast, minus salmon and sour cream, added bacon. My husband had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Portions were good, food was decent. I would definitely try this place again. We had great service as well.

Just enjoyed a quick breakfast at the American River Cafe. Our server Naomi was so awesome! In addition to being very attentive she went above and beyond providing a wealth of information about the area and the numerous opportunities for fun adventures.
