We were married at the Idle Hour on June 17, 2023 and Candace and her team catered our small wedding (about 30 people). They did a fantastic job, we had marinated tri-tip, cedar planked salmon, truffle macaroni and cheese (loved by kids and adults!), roasted veggies, roasted potatoes and focaccia. Everything tasted great, the tri-tip was a perfect medium-rare and whatever they marinated it in was delicious. The salmon was soft and luscious. I wish we would have doubled the order...
Candace and her team are some of the most hard working, passionate, and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every single dish they make is incredible. The bakery!!! Try all of the desserts! If you choose to work with the Bella Tahoe team, you will not be disappointed.
