The dishes were beautifully presented and full of fresh flavors. The sesame-crusted seared tuna with noodles was outstanding â light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with crunchy vegetables and a tangy dressing.
The salmon entrĂŠe was cooked just right â tender inside with a crispy seared edge, served with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh greens, making it both rich and healthy.
The green soup was surprisingly delightful â smooth, flavorful, and visually stunning with a delicate cream design on top.
Overall, the restaurant offers elegant plating, fresh ingredients, and a calm, cozy atmosphere. A great place for a relaxing dinner or date night.

Oscar waited on us back in July on my husbandâs birthday. He was kind, efficient and more than adept. He deserved a good tip! Unfortunately, my poor math skills resulted in me leaving him a paltry tip. (And I hadnât even been drinking!) I have been trying to right my wrong, but in the meantime, I wanted to leave him this nice review. Edgewood at Tahoe is a beautiful resort and the staff we encountered were nothing short of wonderful. (We also had a great interaction with the man working the gift shop that evening.) We are not the typical high-end clientele (think Steph Curry, Travis Kelce, etc.) that a place such as Edgewood often caters to, but we would never know that. Oscar and his colleagues made us feel like VIPs.

We love Yvonne. She's a great server. Food and drinks were great. I wish you had some umbrellas or something on the deck. I had to look into the sun for about 45 min. It's something that diners really shouldn't have to do. I know the wind can be an issue but something would be nice. Otherwise, great as always!

Went for a friendâs birthday dinner and it was exceptional service. We each had a blanket and heaters around us since we sat outside for the sunset. It was 8 of us and had a wonderful time with nice views and delicious food and drinks. Joey was amazing! The roasted cauliflower was delicious and the blackened fish sandwich was delicious too Great for a cute event!

The food and cocktails were, as always, exceptional. The ambience lovely. Valet parking was prompt and courteous. Our only hiccup was the waitress trying to flirt with my husband. It was mostly just embarrassing for her. We laughed heartily

we started with a reservation of 10 and due to others needing to work, we ended up with 5 and the staff quickly accommodated the reduced headcount. 2 of our folks loved switching from outside to inside to take advantage of the large screens and football on. everyone loved their meals and staff couldn't have been more pleasant to our team. The venue and ambience is beautiful.
