Ice cream in lake tahoe. Although it was a bit longer of a walk the ice cream was delicious. Considering it was one am the attendant was friendly, very helpful and the cinnamon rolls were the perfect compliment to that sweet vanilla ice cream yummo!!!!

pathetic service!!! Horrible, there were two girls and a white boy... They were making fun of the customers!!! The curly-haired girl wearing big round glasses is ridiculous, despot and arrogant. There were some tourist ladies in front of me and the curly-haired girl with the boy practically laughed in her client's face ?. I don't know how they can have employees like that, I don't understand! They don't give you ice cream spoons and with her eyes she indicated where they were without saying a word. They are not customer friendly at all. Service disgust!

Ice cream is ok but doesn’t look like the first pic the shop posted
At 9pm we waited over thirty minutes for ice cream even though there were just a few people in front of us. The guy that works there seems to be on his phone or something and doesn’t seem to know how to use a cash register or put in the right orders. Took over 10 minutes on a single order. Ended up going somewhere else since the line barely moved after 30 minutes.

The front clerk was nice but not customer service friendly. My friend and I walked a mile to come and get carvels ice cream for the buy one get one free offer they have on their website. They did not honor the buy one get one free. The man Rycevek who said he was the supervisor told me to go to the front desk of the hotel and get a paper to say to honor the bogo offer. I went up there and Jennifer the front desk manager said she did not know what carvels was talking about.The manager of Harvey's hotel was so nice she came with us back to carvels and still the young man who was a supervisor did not honor the deal on their website. disappointed with the customer service we received. How hard would it have been for them to honor what is on their website?
