Migel, John and Monica are fantastic. They always go above and beyond for us. The filet mignon and grilled avocado salad are the best in Tahoe. Thank you, Ciera!

Great experience! Easy reservations. We were seated right away. The service was excellent and the food matched the service. The baked lobster and the wedge salad were both what we would expect. We look forward to returning

I have enjoyed several anniversary dinners at this location in the past and my experiences were wonderful. My last dining experience was horrible. The waitress took 15 minutes to arrive at our table and never introduced herself. She quickly asked if we would like an appetizer and asked if we were ready to order without describing the menu options. She never came back to ask how our meal was. We had to ask a busboy for bread. My steak was well done even though I order a medium rare steak. The manager apologized for the service and the meal and offered me and my wife a bowl of salty lobster bisque. I will never dine at this location again. Buyer beware.

We had an amazing experience here for our anniversary dinner! The food was really great! The steaks were delicious and so were the crab cakes. They have very private booths that create a wonderful ambiance and romantic environment! Our server John, along with Gerardo were awesome! They anticipated every need or want that we didn't even know we had! They brought us complimentary dessert and a hand written card from the team for our anniversary and that really capped off the experience. Would highly recommend!

We have eaten at Ciera several times and have always found it to be a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, as we get older our appetites won't allow us to avail ourselves of their great pre fixe menu.

“Estoy completamente satisfecha. El precio es justo para la calidad, y el personal mostró mucha amabilidad y atención. El prime rib y el New York steak con hueso estaban exquisitos. La lobster bisque y la ensalada también muy ricas. Los detalles para celebrar un cumpleaños fueron inesperados y complementaron una cena realmente memorable.”

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Ciera Steak and Chophouse! For many reasons, this restaurant does not merit a Four Diamond award, or any other award for that matter! While the ambiance is nice and the service was OK, the food is anything but award-winning. The items that we ordered were not fairly priced and they did not match the description on the menu at all. The New York Strip steak ($70) was supposed to be 14 ounces. There is absolutely NO WAY that this piece of meat was that large. Maybe 10 ounces, max. It was an extremely thin slice of beef, not a thick and juicy cut at all. Possibly because of its thin size, it was overcooked. I ordered medium rare, and it came out medium, possibly medium well in spots. I would have sent it back, but I didn't want to wait for another steak to be cooked, nor did I want to embarrass the other guests at my table. The side of mushrooms was tiny. It was MAYBE two tablespoons! This was not a shareable side dish for the table, but rather, a single side, and skimpy at that! With all of that being said, the ABSOLUTE worse item was the Seafood Platter (market price $52 for ONE PERSON.) This dish was a disgrace! The entire "platter" offered ONE shrimp, ONE oyster, ONE HALF crab leg and ONE HALF of a tiny lobster tail. This is an example of gouging the customer! I absolutely feel like I was taken advantage of BIG TIME! I am not a cheap person and do expect to pay a premium at a nice steakhouse. But this was out of line! It seems like the casino industry is taking advantage of the consumer at a time when budgets are tight and tourism is down. Bally's needs to shift its approach and offer their guests an experience that makes them feel good. The food should be properly cooked, portions fair, and pricing set to satisfy both the consumer and the restaurant.

The ambiance was perfect for a date night dinner. Most importantly the service and the food were both exquisite.

The only reason it got two stars is for the ambience. We had a beautiful private booth. The steak was well when I asked for him to be medium. We ask for more bread, never got it. Our water glasses are empty most of our dinner. We wanted to order another drink before we were leaving for the show and it took forever for the drinks to come to us. Have never been but will not go back. Service was OK. It wasn't that great
