Took my wife here for a nice dinner for Valentine’s Day. We ordered the lamb and strip loin. Waited over an hour for our food. Everything was delicious and we tipped everyone heavily including valet to be generous. Once we were back in our room my wife complained of nausea and stomach issues. It’s been 2 hours and my wife is still throwing up and shivering in the shower. The lamb was either rotten or not cooked properly. Ruined our weekend and almost sent my wife to the hospital! Shame on you Bally’s! How unprofessional. :( learn how to COOK your food!!! Cook should be FIRED.

We had the Chateaubriand for two and it did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked. We added Bleu cheese and mushrooms and it was perfection. The broccolini, asparagus, mashed potatoes were also cooked to perfection. Saul was our server and he was the best. We were treated like family. Would definitely go here again

Embarrassing experience. What a bunch of snake oil salesman. They tried screwing us out of our tab because we asked to split it. We waited 30 minutes and they messed with us like i’ve never been messed with before. Steer clear of this place.

They put us in a corner facing the kitchen. We saw dirty trays and the garbage can as our view. When we asked about a different table they acted as though we were asking for a major change as there were other tables open. The manager or host not sure who he was never stopped over. When we left he didn't say goodbye thank you or anything else. I assume you have to be a regular to get any type of service to match the price.

Met two John’s: John the waiter and John the General Manager of the resort. John from the restaurant had worked here for more than 40 years. Legend, kind, quick, generous. John the GM: giving of his time, courteous, and also a Tahoe devotee. I actually found the prix fixe menu very fair. Delish beef tenderloin - we had enough French already in this review - with baby potatoes, fresh Al dente carrots - now we’re going Italian! Lava cake was rich and filing as was the bisque. Left happy and full.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great food in a beautiful setting. We had the lamb, which was cooked perfectly, and the prix fixe prime rib—everything was amazing. Edgar at the host stand was very professional and knowledgeable, and our server John was fantastic and helped us choose the perfect wine. He's been working at Ciera for almost 4 decades! The manager Christin stopped by midway through our meal and was an absolute delight. She also told us about the Thursday and Sunday prix fixe menu for only $70, which is such a great value. We can't wait to return! Get the lobster escargot you won't be disappointed

I had the Blackened Salmon and it was better then anything I've had in Japan. So amazing! Wasn't dried out on the inside. Soft like butter and tasted soooo good. Great atmosphere and service! Would fly to Lake Tahoe just to eat there again. Infinite Stars out of 10.

Had a great meal on a Holiday weekend. I was really impressed with Daniella our server.
And a manager who came to our table asking how our evening was and if we enjoyed our food and service. It seemed to me that they were really making the effort and cared.

This is our 5th year making a reservation here and it is always A++! The drinks, service, and food are always amazing. We love this restaurant!! Our server was also amazing!

We came here with good friends to celebrate a share a mid-holiday meal together. Our server John, was absolutely amazing and perfectly executed superior service throughout the night together with his teammates. My wife and I had the Chateaubriand for two (a favorite of ours) and one of our friends tried the pork chop and the other had the Salmon made gluten free. Sitting in a private booth was nice and made more private as we dined with the pull of curtains and we were in our own celebratory world! Dessert was also epic. We tried and shared a slice of cheesecake, lava cake and berries & whipped cream. Each was magnificently prepared and delivered. The only drawback coming here for me is the same as any casino restaurant: having to walk through cigarette & cigar smoke. This restaurant is also directly across from a cigar bar, which was thankfully empty...! We would definitely eat here again and suggest it to friends for a future meal! Be sure to make reservations...! Open Table is their chosen method. Enjoy!

The restaurant, inside Bally's, is open Thursday through Sunday, with a dinner special on selected days. The atmosphere is of fine dining and there are secluded alcoves that are nice for a romantic couples meal. Our reservation was on a Sunday evening at 5 pm, and the restaurant was not crowded. Staff were very attentive and refilled my water numerous times. They even returned with an offer of additional bread. The beef was cooked to perfection, medium rare, and my husband loved his seafood pasta. The food was good, there was no wait time, and it was a nice romantic meal. FYI: there is a prime rib special on the casino floor that is also excellent. Next time, we'll opt for the prime rib special. The atmosphere is not as good, but the service and food were excellent.

Excellent food, service and drinks. We love their pre fix menu. The escargo and lobster escargo are exceptional. The filet cooked rare was perfect. Be sure to see Shawn at the bar. His drinks are exceptional. Just ask him to surprise you!

Fabulous meal and fantastic service.. We did the process fixed menu and added a lobster tail to go surf and turf. Everything was prepared exquisitely and tasted marvelous! Totally will be back here next time in Lake Tahoe. Can't miss!
