The host was great, John our waiter was amazing. The food was excellent and I loved the private booth and curtain. It made our experience even more special. The lamb shank was tender, the filet mignon was okay. The escargot was the best my boyfriend has ever had that flaky crust was so buttery. The drinks were on point and so was the staff. Thank you for making my birthday dinner special.

No question this establishment knows how to treat their patrons and they know how to prepare food in the highest level of professionalism. This was our first visit and it will not be the last. Had a wonderful experience at Cierra Steakhouse. The entire staff was courteous and fun. We had the lobster escargot style, crab cake, and a Juliet cocktail to start with. I would rate all 10/10. The mains didn't disappoint either. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the sides were fantastic. The Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes were still bubbling when they came out. Again, I would rate the main course 10/10. The manager Gerald had jokes, while John and Geraldo who were our wait staff were prompt with service. Can't wait to return to this Diamond. My new go to in Tahoe.

We thoroughly enjoyed the $70 pre fixe with our teenage daughter. It was a real treat to be put in the VIP booth. Saul was wonderful and all the staff so helpful and friendly! Amazing filet mignon and dessert and French onion soup!

My friend and I stopped in for a drink at the bar right after getting in from Chicago and were given the warmest welcome. The bartender Shane was more than amazing! Best espresso martini I've ever had, and that's saying something. Would highly recommend a stop at the bar, 11/10!
Everything was wonderful , our server Gordon was amazing . Food was delicious and we had a beautiful time . Thank you to the wonderful hostess who helped grab a bottle of champagne last minute to the table before we sat down . Everything was executed beautifully .
I definitely recommend ciera for special occasions. Ambience was very nice, and service was good. Our server (I think his name was John) was knowledgeable and attentive, without rushing us which was nice. We started off with pomegranate martinis which were delicious, as well as the grilled bacon appetizer which was phenomenal. We each had a 12 oz filet with baked potato as a side. Filet had amazing flavor and was cooked perfectly, although I wish it was a little more tender. Baked potato was good, very standard. We finished with crème brûlée which was very good. The complimentary chocolate strawberries were a nice touch as well.

Much improved. Don't like the vase with dead dried twigs on the host stand. Funny how the host asks if you want to see the wine menu and if you say no he removes the wine glasses from the table. Very strange because does not allow server to suggest wines that are either great or reasonably priced or both. Great staff from manager to busters.
such a perfect experience for me and my bf as we celebrated his birthday. we got to sit in a booth with curtains and the ambiance was so romantic. would definitely love to come here again

Walking into the restaurant, I was immediately thrown back into the 1950's where the service and atmosphere was top of the line, and the customers were recognized as the livelihood of the business! From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us and brought us to the table with a smile on his face and was kind enough to stop and take pics for us. Then, our waiter John greeted us like we were family! The food was delicious! All the help was attentive and quick to respond to all of our requests!
