I was at best, disappointed in the SIGNATURE dish that I ordered (Beef Wellington). In the past it had to be a contender for the Worlds Best Beef Wellington! This time the pastry was not at all flakey, the beef was over cooked, the carrots were so hard that one of them (the only one that I attempted to eat) shot across the room. In their defense, the rest of the meal was wonderful! I had ordered the suggested "Trio" of appetizer, main course, and desert, all paired with their suggested wine.

Great experience however I ask for a cozy spot when I made the reservation we were put in the middle of the restaurant.

We, like so many others, booked a reservation here just because of the name of the owner, but it really was one of the best meals we've ever had.

Our waiter, Wes, did an outstanding job to make sure we had the best night. It was my birthday and he brought a little surprise with a candle even when we did not order desert. He ran to the kitchen to make sure we could still get a starter when we changed our mind after ordering. He brought extra sauce for the beef Wellington, which was delicious! Overall, could not have asked for a better birthday dinner. Thanks Wes, you made our night!

Wes took excellent care of us during our first visit to HK. We sampled a good variety of the menu between the two of us and all of it was excellent. Not much of a place for ambiance being in a casino- loud and a bit smoky but food and service were excellent!

We had a great time at Hell's Kitchen, it's truly a must if you're in town! It may be pricey but it's worth every penny.

First time to Hell's Kitchen and everything was outstanding - Beef Wellington and Scallops and cocktails were all exceptionaL.

The waitress couldn't care less and did the bare minimum. She was also quite rude at times. We made the reservation with a birthday request. We saw birthday/celebration desserts with candles being served all around us, but when our turn came, it was just the check that was thrown on the table. Quite disappointing. The food was the only saving grace. If not for that, I'd call my birthday dinner a disaster.

Food was very good as expected for a Gordon Ramsey restaurant . Service was great. Price was as expected.

I wanted to give 4 stars but unfortunately, either the beet salad or the seafood tower was not handling carefully, the food got contaminated and my hubby and I both had diarrhea right after the dinner. That ruined all the good vibes from the whole dining experience.

The tables were crowded, there were tables next to the entrance and right by the open kitchen counter. Please see Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, that was what the restaurant should look like, there were spacing between the dinning area and the open kitchen counter, and no tables were by the front entrance, the customers at the dining tables were all able to see the open kitchen. In this location, we could hardly see it from where we sat, kind of lost the ideal of the Hell's Kitchen. The photos of the winning chefs were on the far end of the wall, looked like part of the decoration at that dining area.

When the seafood tower brought up, we did not get the small forks for the seafood until we nearly finish with this dish. Points taken from the service, otherwise, Nas was nearly perfect.

If it wasn't the contaminated food, everything was actually delicious, the oysters on the seafood platter was very fresh and delicious, the beet salad was refreshing.

Thanks Nas for the birthday treat for my hubby.

Hell's Kitchen did not disapoint as we were greeted by the hosteses and the manager Natalia. We were seated at the bar, where our bartenders Eric & James discussed delicious drink options to choose from. As you can see by the photos, they were absolutely perfect. We started with the pan seared scallops and the lobster risotto (our favorite). We also enjoyed the New York strip which was cooked perfectly. We added a side of brussel sprouts. Ending it all with Sticky Toffee Pudding, of course. Thank you Natalia, Eric, James and the whole crew for a wonderful experience.

Thank you kelly for making my husbands night so special for his birthday. I made a mistake and ordered something cold that clearly states it was cold and the fact that she was so sweet and offered so
thing else and still took partial off the bill. God bless this place and the cooks. We will be back.
