Oh my God when we found this we went crazy we loved noodles we love Thai food and it is very good it's very good they talk so fast but you can understand it the you can understand it the food is prepared in front of you it is very good and tasty my service is nice they are very friendly and it's a very clean place to enjoy

My husband and I stumbled on this restaurant in May 2021 when we did a day trip up to South Lake. For us it was a hidden gem away from all the craziness and business of heavenly village. It was raining and cold that day so the warm food was exactly what we needed. The portion sizes were filling and the food was fresh. My husband got the crab fried rice and I got a green curry with tofu that came with rice. Although our May experience was great the reason it's getting a lower star rating is because of our most recent visit the week leading up to Christmas. We traveled back to south lake with my whole family (6 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby). We wanted to get away from the village to find a nice place to eat. I had told my family all about our Thai experience in May. Although I saw the location was marked temporarily closed on Yelp, because of the pandemic, I've been weary to trust anything that is not the actual restaurant's website. Nevertheless I ended up wasting an hour trying to get ahold of the restaurant since the website has yet to be updated to reflect the business is temporarily closed and you can keep calling the phone number and get no VM message or message sharing it's closed either... I even sent a message through the website and have yet to hear back. I really hope this place opens up again and better manages its website.

Good Thai food in South Lake Tahoe. I've come to realize most everyone running a restaurant in Lake Tahoe is extremely nice. We got yellow curry & pad Thai to split. Pad Thai wasn't my fave but still good 6.5/7 & the yellow curry was pretty tasty although I thought the curry portion was sort of small compared to usual, but still really good. This place is take out only right now and I'm not sure if they do outdoor seating since it was so smoky from the fires when we went. I'd probably try another place before going back here(there seems to be a fairly decent amount of Thai places in Lake Tahoe?) but I wouldn't stir anyone away considering we really enjoyed it!

I ordered for 7 people after a long day in the snow and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so satisfied with their meals :) The man I ordered from was sooo nice and I can tell he really cares for his customers, he even called me to let me know my order was ready to be picked up. Thank you so much :)

The curries are great here. Been on a pumpkin curry kick recently but you can't go wrong with most of 'em. Spicy fans, you know the magic words: "thai spicy 10 please". The fried rice/noodle dishes are good but a bit heavy. Spring rolls have been really hit or miss these days. I wish they had Thai peanut sauce as opposed to the sweet stuff they have. They have a 50-50 chance for picking up your call if you order to-go... try multiple times!

The papaya was good. Chicken wings has a different flavor. The pad thai was pretty good.
Very tasty food and friendly staff even though they only do take out right now.

The food tasted great a bit sweeter than other Thai eateries but still very good unfortunately they did charge us for a Tom ka special and didn't put shrimp or extra mushrooms as requested also there are a few patio tables in the parking lot but no indoor dining or table service TAKE OUT ONLY and they do have to go bowls, plates and cutlery but you will have to ask for it bathrooms are available inside ultimately I would recommend this place just bring wipes for the tables and be prepared for a bit of a wait because it is a popular restaurant in the area

We ordered takeout and were disappointed with the food. We ordered chicken satay, pad thai, massaman curry, and pad see ew. The flavors were bland and the noodles in the noodle dishes were over cooked. The service good. Not sure where all the good reviews are from. Perhaps it was an off night but we were unimpressed.

We went here due to a recommendation but the place did not fulfill the promises. The fresh spring rolls did not have mint. The peanut sauce was mostly sugar and not peanut. The brown rice tasted like a soggy table cloth that you use to wipe counters. We were not allowed to use the restroom due to covid constraints. That never happened to us before. Also, if the staff were taking covid constraints serious, they would wear their masks appropriately.

Visiting from out of town and looking for a quality restaurant? Well, the My Thai & Noodle can satisfy your Thai food craving. However, the restaurant is still closed to dining in and the food was about average in taste and in portions. Parking lot and outside decor was clearly in need of refurbishing. I can't overly recommend this restaurant as my wife and I felt "underwhelmed" by the food we had to wait for an exorbitantly long time.
