Kelly provided great service and management was very friendly but the cooks could get the bone in ribeye cooked correctly. Sent the steak back 4 times and after waiting over 30+ minutes the steak still wasn’t cooked properly. GM came out and acted oblivious to the situation and didn’t even apologize for horrible food experience. Would not recommend for steak lovers.

The guy working the front desk was extremely nice and I could tell he was helpful to everyone there. Our food was sub par. I ordered a Medium Rare stake and it was more like Medium Well. Our server did not even pay attention to the fact that we got our food and so we had to flag down someone to help us. My husband got a single crown and coke and it was more like a double. Extremely overpriced in my opinion for what you recieve.

We had the chicken breast dinner which is awesome with a side of brocolli and a salad, we also had a ribeye steak. Everything was great! Service great, ate at bar

Just like home! Consistent quality and experience. We're from Georgetown, Tx. and dine at Saltgrass in Round Rock. I've been a customer for longer than I care to think about. Not because of the restaurant, but it's been forever.
Last night in Stateline, NV, it was no different than being at home except we weren't. From the time we got there and were greeted by Lucia to the table where we got outstanding service from Marina. The food the family homey atmosphere and yes, even my favorite Texas Tea and Ribeye were one of the best dining experiences we've had in our 9 years of our vacations here.
From the manager on down, this place is a go-to for good food and a great experience.
Thank you, for coming to Stateline and the South Lake Tahoe area!!! You are by far the best addition yet!!!

This is not your regular Saltgrass like Las Vegas. The waitress was very odd listening to my conversations with my friend like we were talking to her. I asked for a side of mayo and was shocked she braught me 2 packets and slammed them on the table. Seriously this isn't McDonald's. You couldn't take the time to put the condiments in a cup? asked the man running the bar was this customary? He laughed said no not at all. The bread was hard as rock. The blue cheese burger was outstanding but the waitress not only didn't ask if we wanted any sauce for the chicken strips she had attitude when we asked for ranch. It did not feel special or like the Salt Gras. I guess you have to spend More than $60 to get mayo or sauces other than in a packet like a fast food restraunt or be treated right.

I went with my husband the last weekend to celebrate his birthday. I want to thank a girl from Spain, she said “Happy Birthday” to my husband and she made sure the waiter said happy birthday to him with a candle on his delicious steak. I got bbq ribs, honestly was okay, not the best. He enjoyed his steak, he said was the best steak he have ever had. So I’m grateful and happy for that, I recommend this place with live music!
We had a dinner reservation for 7:45 which we arrived on time for. Had a table in the center of the dining room right next to the well for the bar which was a bit disappointing since we requested a quiet table, and then didn’t receive service for 15 minutes while servers and staff passed us non-stop. When a manager had walked by us for the 3rd time we had asked what was going on and they just offered us a drink or app, no service. Sad service, and weirdly cafeteria esque lighting inside. Disappointing for a birthday dinner that we were looking forward to.

I wish I would have taken a picture of all of our plates. The steaks were great. The burgers were huge and cooked to desired doneness. Wedge salads were excellent as well. Our waiter went above and beyond.
