such a nice hotel to stay especially on Winter time, love the view...so beautiful, love the restaurant, overlooking the lake....perfect place to stay
I absolutely would not recommend staying in this hotel. The room was small and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable. We were stuck in an elevator for over an hour, and Harvey refuses to take responsibility for their equipment.
Average Starbucks but they don’t offer tables to sit at despite having the space to provide customers with sitting area.

Prices at this Starbucks and the one opposite at Harrah’s have higher prices compared to other non casino ones. Avoid!

The accommodated a large ski event of up to 800 attendees with a week full of events. Harveys staff did an amazing job with Blackout Ski Weekend and I can’t wait to return.
I took the time to write this review since I called several times and the issue has not been taken care by any Starbucks associates at Harveys Lake Tahoe. I made a purchase with two partial payments; one cash and one with my bank card. A few days after the purchase, I checked my bank account and I noticed that I have been overcharged. They charged my account not only for the amount I authorized, but also for the amount I paid in cash. I have kindly called several times to see if anybody could assist me with this issue, however they keep telling me they will call me back.

Be prepared to wait at least a half hour. The use of 2 registers is beyond this staff. Lackadaisical and below mediocre, find another spot.

7$ for a tiny cup of coffee - “special pricing” since this Starbucks is in the casino, hmmm
Cashier had a bad attitude.2 grande drinks, 1 banana bread loaf. $25!!! save your money & go to a local coffee shop.

Enjoying a cup of Latte, pink and dragon drinks everyday while at the hotel. It’s so convenient, I don’t mind the long line.
Wow they couldn't even make a white chocolate mocha correctly. Nope fail much. Needs training
