This oyster bar is a knock-off and the food is just average. It’s nowhere near the quality of the STN Group restaurants. The ingredients didn’t feel particularly fresh, and the server didn’t even ask us what heat level we wanted for our soup—he asked other tables, just not us. Overall, the service throughout the meal was pretty mediocre.

The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell that fresh, high-quality ingredients are used in everything. My entrée was cooked to perfection, and the appetizers and desserts were just as impressive. The menu offers a great variety — whether you’re in the mood for something classic or adventurous, there’s something for everyone. What really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. They checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and seemed genuinely proud of the food they serve.

Lovely little bar area inside the casino where you can watch them prep and cook your meal. While the prices for the food is quite high the flavors were on point. Would come here again.
