Sage Room at Harveys Lake Tahoe

Filet Mignon was delicious. The salads were great. Only complaint were the Potatoes Au Gratin were overcooked and not very tasty. Our server was wonderful. Overall, very good meal.

Dinner at Sage is always a wonderful experience! We've eaten there every time we've visited Lake Tahoe over the years but this evening it was made especially wonderful due to our server, Teddy and the pride he takes in his three sons who also are staff members at Sage, Teddy Jr., Anthony and his youngest Sage. What a special family!

Everything as perfect --the waiter, food (especially the elk chop), table location, drinks.

Absolutely breathtaking view. The Sea bass was amazing and my wife had the 8 oz filet. Very impressive place. Hope to go back when we are back in Tahoe.

My significant other and I had dinner at The Sage Room last night, and the entire experience was exceptional. We started with the French onion soup, ahi tartare, and oysters — all beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We also had the scallops with prawns entrée, which was phenomenal, and our ribeye was cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée was the perfect finish to an amazing meal. What truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Teddy. His level of service was above and beyond anything we expected. He was thoughtful, attentive, addressed us by name, and made sure my birthday celebration felt genuinely special. Teddy elevated an already outstanding meal into an extraordinary experience. We're grateful for the care and hospitality, and will absolutely be returning.

Not our greatest experience. Ordered the pork belly and French onion soup for appetizers and shared the ribeye with truffled gnocchi Mac and cheese. It was good, but for the price and (lack of) service, I have had better.. The gentleman bussing tables was more attentive to us than our waiter. We Sat looking around for 10 + minutes after finishing our dinner waiting for dessert to be offered. Thought maybe they had ran out by 815 as it was not offered to us. Server just brought our check and out the door we went. I did reach out to restaurant and a manager was in touch that same night offering to make it right. I will give them props for that. But I probably wouldn't choose to dine here again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a date-night dinner at the Sage Room! Perfect table for two by the window with glass all around for a wonderful view of the lake and downtown. We started with a couple of great craft cocktails and one of the best French onion soups I've had in a long time. The elk tenderloin with baby carrots was excellent. Our waiter, Cy, was top-shelf and new his way around fine dining. The Sage Room is a winner and we'd definitely dine there again.

Hal was the absolute best and made our birthday celebration so special. He sang a birthday song, took pictures and was such a joyful helpful presence. Thank you!

The food is mediocre, and honestly just not good at all. We were disappointed all around, everything was just off and did not taste good. The service was good, but cannot recommend due to the below standard food.

Omg Best steak I've had hands down! And the service unbelievable! Jeremy was one of the best servers I've ever had. He made it a easy 5stars. If your in Tahoe this is a must try!!!!!

Everything was wonderful, food was amazing! The Sea Bass was my favorite, the Truffle Ghnocci Mac & cheese was also delish!! Our server was amazing I wish I could remember his name! He even got us a special desert for our honeymoon.
Frank got us the best seat in the house

Excellent friendly service. Food was over the top delicious. Frank, the General Manager, personally interacted with us which was special and memorable.

The bartender, Jericho, was our first step in meeting excellent and friendly staff. Our server, Jeremy, assisted by Carlos, Sage, and Juan, were outstanding. The general manager, Frank Greco, also stopped to see if our meal met expectations. The view was phenomenal, the food was outstanding!
