Fabulous dinner experience. Our waiter Jim was very considerate and supportive to enjoy the evening at our timely pace. The food was tasteful. The oyster Rockefeller wasn't hot. But tasty. Sage prepared the coffee diablo. The coffee diablo was prepared at our table. I will skip the coffee diablo next time. Amazing food and superior service. Everything about our visit was perfect. Can not wait to visit SAGE again. General manager Frank Greco was very accommodating to our large party, he called to earlier in the day to see if our group could come 30 minutes early. We got to experience the most magnificent sunset. Love Sage and will definitely visit again next time in Tahoe.
I ordered medium rare filet, it arrived medium well. Sent it back, next filet was much better, maybe a little rare but heck there's always leftovers. My husband ordered the prime rib, sent it back and he didn't order anything else. Of course, his steak came off the bill. I rather enjoyed the Pinot noir.
