I’ve ordered to-go the past 2 nights at this location and both times my order was completely wrong. It makes me upset that i’m spending money on your company to not even receive the items i am ordering. the first time i was missing all sauces, and got half of the nuggets i was supposed to. the second night instead of nuggets i got another cheeseburger, no sauces, and no straws. very disappointed.

Still even after 8 months customer service still sucks. Ordered two cheeseburgers no onions, which had onions. Ordered two large sprite fountain drinks, no flavor just carbonated water. To be expected when you hire teenagers. Dont tell me, my order is all there and correct cause it never is. Employees need to stop standing around talking and actually take pride in the job they were hired to do. Make sure the order is correct and check the box soda for the soda machine. Remember it is someone’s meal. When I worked for Godfathers pizza I had the crappy attitude like these teens have. Karma I guess.
8/4/2025 Went for Diet Coke and received Regular Coke. They tell me the machine is preprogrammed then maybe they should fix it. 2nd time in a month same thing. You request extra ice yet you get regular amount. I’m sure there is a way to override the machine. Close this restaurant and allow a Jack in the box to take its place.

Ordered a Big Mac meal on 07/29/2025 at 6:18PM order number 34 and upon opening the box the patty was on top of the buns. Extremely unacceptable. Attempted to speak to a manager and left a voicemail. I expect to hear back from a manager and I will take further action. Ordered a 20 piece nugget with 3 nuggets missing as well. There is no reason why employees should be rude and disrespectful towards customers. Own up to your actions.

Never get what I ask for allergic to pickles and say no pickles yet always on there even when the receipt says it you complain and they take them off and give you the same sandwich I watched them do it

I just went in there to use the restroom and they have no soap dispenser at all in the women's restroom. Its not empty, it's completely missing. It is currently July 7th 5:52 p.m.
According to the staff of the gas station they said that the soap dispenser has been missing for a long time. This should be a massive health code violation.
I notified the female manager that was on staff as of today at 5:50 p.m. that there was no soap dispenser. I do not use this facility very often but I will try to make sure I come back within the next couple of days and if they have not replaced the soap dispenser they should be reported to some form of health code violation agency.

Today is June 14th at 1:40 pm ,my son and I went through the drive thru McDonald's in sun valley the person in the box told us she eould take our order in a moment about 5 min went by another car drove in on the outside drive thru she took their order and not ours very, very rude we left and went to burger King never going back to that mcdonalds ever agine.
