The people there are rude 98% of the time and food cold as well.. I ve been living here for 15 yrs but lately the past year it's been horrible so if u ca. Go to a different one I would.. I only eat there if it's out of sunvalley..

I lived in the area for more than 6 years, the first 4 years my experience at McDonald's was very good in both service and food. Unfortunately in the last two years I had the need to be reported terrible services and currently "lousy" services, poorly prepared food and indifferent attitudes and of very little importance to ouropinion as customers.Just at the time of publishing this review, I have arrived from McDonald's located in Sun Valle (although I no longer live in the area) I eventually stop there because my son will finish the school year in Sun Valle and precisely yesterday and today we went through the drive to buy food and among the foods ordered we requested 2 caramel frapes. Everything was normal but today we still passed and among what we bought we ordered a caramel frape...they only gave me the ice, pale without color or coffee flavor, full of white foam and a splash of caramel (cajeta) on the top; Usually they apply caramel to the inside of the glass on the walls and not this one!!! It's the first time they've done that <AND IF WE DON'T RAISE OUR VOICE> they will continue to do it because we accept EVERYTHING they do and how they do it.I asked the guy who served me if he had prepared it and he said yes, I told him about the caramel inside the glass and he told me "they always prepare it like that" (which is not true) and he replied that if I wanted caramel inside the glass glass < on the walls > would have an extra cost!!! Since when has McDonald's increased or altered its prices from one day to the next???He asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager and ROSE appeared, an Asian woman who, with very little ethics and kindness, told me that they never served frapes with caramel inside and the same as the boy; If he wanted it that way it had an extra cost - he turned around and left.My problem is not paying the extra they ask but the attitude of the people and the little importance they give us as customers.Another disadvantage against us is that there is no number (as before) to report what happens in the locations and with their staff, since they were bought by independents, <no more franchises> everyone does what they want.One thing I am sure of: I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING AGAIN AT MCDONALD'S SUN VALLE!!! NEVER!!!

If I could give this one 0 stars I would. They are the most racist people in there. They have no respect for anyone especially dashers who come in there. You are waiting for them to see you and they walk right past you. Then if one of there kind like Mexicans are behind you they tend to them first like you weren't even standing there. Rude people and very disrespectful.

Don't ever go to this McDonald's. I tried to order a Bic Mac combo and the guy taking the order said "let me see if we have the meat" a few seconds later he laughingly said "we ran out of meat", I then asked for large fries and the employee continued laughing so I just left.Customer service is nonexistent and the employees laugh at that fact. If my money is a laughing matter I'll take my business somewhere else.I know it's convenient for folks going to and from home in SV but just head down a little further and save yourself a headache.
Easy to find. Busy, so employees are a bit short and less friendly than other places. Everything you'd expect to get at McDonald's. Of course not vegetarian friendly, overpriced. But location and convenience are what these kind of stops are for.
