After not getting my pizza after two and a half hours of placing it I decided to go get my money back because my pizza never got there and when I got to the restaurant the cashier/ manager said she couldn’t go ve me my money back I had to call the police

I asked for a thin crust double pepperoni pizza cooked 50% longer than normal. It's what my father used to make for us and bring home when he worked at Pizza Hut 20 years ago. I don't have much to remember him by, but I have this, and this location didn't screw it up. Thanks for helping me remember him today.

Ordered a couple of large pizzas online. Arrived at pick up window. Was not at all what we ordered. The lady at the window not only turned from nice to it's not our problem it's yours and clearly has no concept of CX nor how important the customers experience is she literally yanked the pizzas out of my hand yelling at me to take it up with corporate slamming the window at me in the process when I told her the treatment she showed me was unprofessional & unacceptable especially being a brand ambassador such as herself as a representation of pizzas hut.

Not satisfied, pizza was pretty bad, chicken gave me acid reflux and the dessert bread got stale pretty fast, my cousin looked at me with disappointment when I told him I got Pizza Hut

Ordered on the app carry out. Got the New York peperoni pizza. Pizza was good. Ordered the $5 fries. I was mad and disappointed/dissatisfied with the fries. 😑 I would get more fries in any other fast food place for a médium fries. I was just like are you serious 😐 so yeah fries not worth it. 5 bucks for like 20 fries yeah NO. 😡

Very bad service from the driver, the femsa of my house was open for him to enter and leave it on the steps of the door and he left it on the floor outside the fence, when I go out to pick it up the pizza and my wings are already cold and stray cats smelling all over my food 😡😡

Pizza needed to be baked longer, slightly under cooked.
Even with him not having a lobby to offer anybody to sit down in they still accepted me 15 minutes till midnight when they were closing when Domino's 7-Eleven and Taco Bell well 711 wasn't closed but Taco Bell in Domino's their lobbies were closed and not accepting walk-ins

Got a good meat lover pizza for cheap and had it delivered wonderfully fast and polite only thing is though one of the meat was Super Fresh so Fresh it came with a bone can I get to it on top of my pizza didn't realize it till I bit in it. Other than that one little thing everything was good.
