Lost my order which I understand happens but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get it remade. Talked to like 5 different employees. Zero communication amongst staff and slow service.

Edit: They have brought it back finally almost 2 months later, but my appreciation is real all the same and I no longer say avoid the location. Only leaving this in full for transparency, thank you for fixing the problem with the value boxes!

This taco bell is fine, the people are great, and I love the food. However, this is not a misclicked 1 star - the franchise owner of this branch has opted out of any of the value boxes on the app, and after being told by an employee 2 weeks ago it was an app bug and would be remedied, nothing has changed. I looked it up and this is a fairly common occurrence now, and I don't believe it should be rewarded in any ways. Taco bell is my affordable comfort fast food, and while the price of every food kept going up the create your own box was a staple in my bad days and pick-me-ups that even an unemployed person could afford. I guess poor people don't deserve affordable food - so do yourself a favor and go to the Mae Anne taco bell or Plumb lane if you're able and get a discount box on my honor for the fact the closest store to me has fallen so hard. Those branches seem to still grasp that even making only a little money is still more than people not coming.

Tacos were on my mind so I headed for the Sun Valley Taco Bell expecting to be disappointed. (There were no customers in the dine in section at 9:30pm.) The place was spotless clean. It glistened. The ordering kiosks were new to me so a young man came out and entered my order into the device. Very kind and helpful. Suddenly several different groups came into Taco Bell and they got very busy, but always courteous. The business was very clean, the employees courteous and professional and the food was just great.

Yes the employees can spend more time on the food now that all they do is self-checkout however that's less interaction with the employees so they are kind of short-tempered

I ordered custom cheese rollers with beef & Pico De Gallo they charge me and give me a rolled up flour taco with no cheese, no beef no Pico De Gallo they suck I hate Taco bell del taco only from here on out. my order number was 950318

I use to love this location, but I ordered myself a few items for lunch and the potatoes were almost uneditable. and all of my cheese was un melted and cold.

So basically, i went to this taco bell and the lady gave me a broken straw, they ran out of napkins, and my dragonfruit freeze was overfilled and iverflowing when she gave it to me. I asked for napkins and they didnt have any and was leaking everywhere in the car. She so could have dumped out some of it or even gotten normal paper towels. I asked gor a taco supreme meal and she only rang up 1 taco. Do not recomend.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years and always had great experiences—until now. I pulled up to the drive-thru around midnight and was told I couldn’t order like normal. Instead, I had to use DoorDash or the Taco Bell app because they didn’t know what they had in stock. Seriously? You’ve got staff on site, the kitchen running, but no way to check your own inventory without a mobile app? That’s ridiculous. I left without ordering. I’ve supported this location for a long time, but this level of disorganization and reliance on third-party apps just lost my business.

Do not go here. The food is horrible.the workers are extremely rude. My mom went to the bathroom and a lady opened the door with the keys and went in and after she noticed someone was in there she went out and mumbled something and rolled her eyes. She looks like she’s in her 20’s wears eyelashes and had a bun. While eating I noticed she had been giving me and my mom dirty looks. The food was soggy and VERY salty we threw away the food because it was that bad.

The blonde lady working here absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 2 meals didn't get hashbrowns. Went back she said I only ordered casidilla and drinks. Refused to fix it even though I paid a higher price.

Went here for breakfast. Didn't realize until I got home that they gave me the incorrect food. Not a problem just take it back they will fix it I figured. When I get there they not only wouldn't exchange the food they threatened to call the cops on me when I asked to speak with a manager.
