Chop 40 has good food, its fairly priced, but what sets it apart is the ambiance. Low ceilings, barn wood walls and all the random stuff hanging up. The service can be a little slow at times but hey im there for beer and bbq.
I do like the place, it's fun, drinks are good, I liked my entree, but I was disappointed in the lack of effort put into the garlic fries. Some actual garlic would go a long ways compared to the garlic powder and canned parmesan.
What a great spot. Food was amazing! We were hopeful based on previous reviews and love finding these gems along our travels. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly, the other customers were too.
