They screwed up my order but were very apologetic and made up for the mistake. We all make mistakes. I make mistakes. I always apologize when I make a mistake. They apologized, corrected the mistake and gave me a free item. That's all that it takes from my point of view. I don't even need the extra item they gave me, apologizing and recognizing the mistake is the most important part! Thank you!

The food was as expected. Service at the walk-up counter was a big problem. This location had one employee trying to cover the drive up orders and the food counter at the same time as well as pull all of the orders. Too much work for one person. If you were at the counter and wanted to place an order, you had to loudly ask for someone to please assist you. Then after waiting 10 minutes or more, you had to get their attention again to remind them that you are still waiting for...
