Visited the Verdi Grillhouse for 4:00 pm dinner on March 5th 2024. We both ordered the Fish and Chips, and I have to say, we were very, very, impressed with the quality, taste, and generous portions. Our waitress, Kristen, was SO nice, and SO friendly and helpful. She is simply wonderful. The restaurant is very comfortable, cheerful, and well laid out, and the music was pleasant and at a good volume. Menu prices are very reasonable. We are definitely returning soon.

Newly restaurant/casino near hwy 80 and Cabela's. Stopped by here after gassing up our 5th wheel. We parked behind the gas station in the open lot and walked the short distance across the street. Our party of 11 was sat quickly and orders placed promptly. Gratitude is included in parties over 6. Breakfast is served till 1pm we were lucky and able to get breakfast as well as the chicken sandwich and a burger. I would be back as I know there is a safe option to park our 5th wheel.

Visited in multiple occasions - there is now a new rule about drinking regardless the $$ you play if eating and drinking. Due to one person, you are not able to order multiple drinks at once and drinks are "timed" out. While the food is good, service is ok. Bizarre that you can gamble $60 and be limited to one drink based off bartenders discretion. Will not be returning due to odd rules.

Our second time having lunch at the Grill House and, once again, we were impressed. We've had the fish/chips, mushroom burger, French dip and beef tacos, and onion rings all delicious. Super big helping! We were seated and served quickly. Every seat has a great view of the mountains, would love to eat here, by the fireplace when it is snowing. Great relaxed atmosphere. Great servers. Today Georgiana ( spelling?) checked on us and made sure that our doggie bags had sauces for at home. Prices are fair. This will be our new post Cabela's stop for lunch. I'll be bringing out of town family here as well for the ambiance and great food. The casino was clean, not noisy from the games and not smokey which I really appreciated.

Marcy our waitress this afternoon/evening was sooooooo sweet, caring, and wonderful. I didnt catch the hostess name, but she was very kind and nice as well. My daughter is special needs, and they were both very attentive and kind. We were a little distraught, having come over the pass in quite wintery conditions. Prices are quite reasonable. Their fries were to die for! Thank you again for a nice quiet place to rest a bit before heading home. Definitely recommendKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and staff

This was my third visit to the Verdi Grill, and while I fully intended to order lunch today, I couldn't resist the California Eggs Florentine. Two English muffins topped with lightly sautéed spinach, fresh tomatoes, poached eggs and a very nice creamy hollandaise sauce. My son devoured the Verdi Burger cooked perfectly as ordered. The French fries alongside the burger were lightly coated, well seasoned, and crispy. The third order in our group was the Ranchero Burrito filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, cheese and topped with red salsa. The two breakfast entrees came with hash browns; not as crispy on the outside as I would have liked. It seemed they may have been pre-cooked from frozen and sat a little too long. The restaurant, I must say, is always very clean and tidy. Windows surround the dining area and the views of the mountains really add to the ambience. The service has been very friendly each visit. I hope to get back soon and try the dinner menu!

The burgers and fries were really good. The Rueben sandwich was real good. The baked potato that came with the prime rib dinner, which was also good, didn't come with sour cream. We were told it was extra.

Great service. Very reasonably priced. I had the prime rib special-not expecting much since it was $15.99 for the prime rib and came with 2 sides. Prime rib was yummy. My husband ordered the salmon and was pleased as well. Where can you get a decent meal with great service for $30.00! Good job, Grillhouse and staff.

I've had 5 burgers here. Only one was served how I ordered it. 3 were hockey pucks 1 was rare instead of medium rare and one was medium well.the buns on all of them were stale and flaky. The service is amazing but they really need to work on consistency. When we have breakfast and order our hashbrowns a bit crispy (on both sides) one of the chefs drops them in the deep fryer. That is really gross. We have to specify that they are cooked on the grill. We really would love to see some consistency in the restaurant. we will keep trying.

Dinner was fantastic, service went far above exceptional, she even went out her way to design a Happy Birthday plate with a scoop of ice cream. The plate design was beautiful.
This is an undiscovered gem. Great food, staff and beautiful surroundings. We will be back here when we cruise up this way again.

Food was amazing! Stopped during a trip and wish this place was local to us. Also won almost $30 on the slots while waiting for our food to be done. Bathrooms and the entire place was clean. Manager walking around was very welcoming as was the restaurant staff as well. Meat was cooked properly to order.
