1st timers from Dayton yesterday…2-14-2025. I had The Ringo and my Birthday girl had The Hickok. Fabulous. Bloody Mary’s. Fabulous. Took home a 6 pack of the strawberry muffins…homemade. Susan was a joy and our 3 year old lab Ella…had a burger. GREAT EXPERIENCE…

The food here is super good home style comfort food. I can't believe I've lived here 22 years and am just finding out about this place.

If you want a great place to have your family comfort food then you need to get your butt at one of their tables. We were helped by the owner and she was very nice and helped us with some local haunting lore of Virginia City which was awesome as it was Halloween and we knew where to go and what to look for. Every time I go up to Virginia City I'm always amazed by another little hidden gem. This place is definitely a rinse and repeat. If you don't like it there you're weird and have problems that you need to seek professional help on.

Parking: Oh it's Virginia City so parking is always rough.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of items in the kid section but they're very accommodating as my wife and I split the BLTA with added turkey and she separated it onto 2 plates

In search for a place to have breakfast around the Nevada mountains, we came across this place. We did not Jon what to expect but we were super pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is part of an Inn where many characters from Bonanza stayed during filming. The place is filled with pictures, which made the whole experience super cool. The food was good but adjust expectations. For us, we had all we wanted. The best part was service, which was above and beyond expectations. We were in the front room because there was a big wedding party using the nicer room. That was not problem and in fact we preferred it as we had the room for ourselves. Give this place a chance and enjoy your time in this time capsule.

We were looking for a quieter, more peaceful atmosphere with great food, and were so lucky to find this wonderful, quaint place - Crazy Calamities!! We had the Hot Pastrami sandwich and The Devil’s Gate [beef] Dip w/au jus. Both were absolutely delicious! The Bloody Mary was excellent as well. We also had such an enjoyable conversation with the owner [Lesley?]. We highly recommend‼️

Cute cute CUTE place, excellent chicken fried steak, biscuts and gravy for my husbands birthday today. The owner was so wonderfully nice and attentive. And her creation the pineapple rum mimosa was delicious! Go, you will love it here.

Great breakfast in a fantastic courtyard... but be careful of up selling here. Things which you believe to be on the house may appear on your bill.
