My husband's club sandwich looked really, really good. It was nicely toasted and filled with an abundance of deli meats and cheese. It was tall enough he had trouble taking the first bite.

I however, was swayed by the promise of all you can eat spaghetti. I mean who doesn't like mounds of noodles smothered in a thick Italian tomato sauce. Wasn't even close. What came was a mountain of noodles drenched in a very watery...something that was more garlic than anything. There were chunks of ground meat and tomatoes. It was truly awful and definitely not worth the $20 price tag. The garlic bread was really good though.

Timing may have been everything for service. We were celebrating our anniversary on a Monday afternoon. Thus we were seated right away and the service was very nice.

I also ordered a glass of pineapple juice. The size of the juice was a welcome surprise as was the quality. It tasted really good and I'll mention it wasn't watered down with ice.
Since hubby's sandwich was good, I'll eat there again and try another dish.

Overall, on a quiet Monday the service and atmosphere was nice. I'm still reeling from how truly awful something like spaghetti was.

My family and I are longtime fans of the Peppermill resorts—my wife and I honeymooned at Peppermill Reno, and we’ve enjoyed dining at Western Village in Sparks. That’s why I was so disheartened by our recent dinner at Café Milano.

We ordered a mix of prime rib, pizza, Chinese dishes, and a Caesar salad. The prime rib was dry and overcooked, the Chinese food arrived cold, the drinks tasted off, and even our sodas—$5 each—felt wildly overpriced given the quality. Adding to our disappointment, my daughter found a clump of hair in her water, and the overall service was noticeably poor. We walked out with a $160 bill but little to show for it.

I genuinely believe the Peppermill brand can—and should—deliver much better. I hope Café Milano takes this feedback seriously and works to raise the bar.

Sergio was the waiter.. had a starter salad.. the appetizer came 30 seconds later.. the entree arrived 2 minutes after the app.. Sergio dropped off every plate and immediately walked off.. customer service sucked.. food was decent.. not great.. if you go, enjoy the food.. don't expect anyone to care if you like it lol

Comically bad. Lackluster service, a lot overworked understaffed server delivered the wrong beer and missed another drink. Southern chicken was completely bland and unseasoned. The veggies in the soups were boiled to a paste. Mid rare stake order came out gray and well done. Chefs' choice of veggie of the day was unseasoned canned corn, for everyone. My country fried steak was lovely, brought back memories of a diner inside of a greyhound station in the Carolinas in 1994. Few dining options in Wendover, but definitely avoid this one.

The meatloaf was horrible. The 'chefs choice' for vegetable was canned corn. Gravy congealed.
Wife's turkey, avocado sandwich was ok.
Wouldn't recommend, but expected in a small town casino restaurant.

The epitome of disappointment.
40 dollar steak was cold. The lack of seasoning was astonishing. As you can see in the picture provided I added butter to the steak and it was so cold the butter did not melt.
First time to this establishment and obviously will be the last.

Ok.. 25.00 bux for a fried chicken dinner??? 17.50 for a grilled cheese sandwich with ham? Need I say more. Good grief!!! BRING YOUR PRICES DOWN and maybe you'll get more business. This place was dead when we went. I wonder why. Good luck!

The restaurant it’s newer and the staff was very nice and friendly , but the food from the pizza to the chilaquiles skillet leaves a lot to be desired, for starters the pizza looked and tasted like it was frozen and bought from Walmart and just out it in the oven , the skillet they charged almost $10 for steak 🥩 I got 3 small pieces of steak, and the sauce tasted like it came out of a can !!!!
For the price point it’s definitely not worth it !!!!

Visited this establishment when we spent the night at the Peppermill. Basically from the start was bad. Waiter slow everything from drinks to bringing me coldish food. Had to change toast order they were out of sourdough. Toast came our ice cold and butter not melted. Both my husband and I were about done with our food by then. On top of that trying to make the hashbrowns more appetizing I asked for and put on ketchup. Which actually made them so very much worse. Couldn't get enough salt out of the shaker to make the eggs tolerable.

Please do not get the French dip. It looked like they gave us the plastic food from a display case.

Everything else was fine.

This restaurant is situated inside a Casino with airport lounge-like ambience, although the smell of Cigarette was bit bothersome. The menu was extensive that helped me figure out an option that catered to my meal preferences. Service was pretty good and overall, the place exceeded my expectations.
