This was weird. My wife and I were traveling cross country from Truckee,CA and our first stop was at a Hampton Inn in Wells, NV. There aren’t many food options near the hotel so I ordered through DoorDash. After a period of time I called Subway to see what happened to our order. They told me they didn’t have any dashers and the Door Dash has done this before. I had to pick up the food. The restaurant personnel were very courteous and apologetic.
Door Dash should be ashamed of themselves for not letting people know that they don’t operate in this area.

A great place to stop for a meal, an excellent spot for truckers and travelers passing through. But what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by Cristina. Thank you so much for attending to us in the best possible way. Honestly, employees like her deserve a raise and to be valued, because it is thanks to people like Cristina that restaurants like this are worth visiting.

This place never has meat balls cooked or ready before 10am or after 4pm so if your a meatball sub guy keep moving these clowns won't have it ready nor will they heat some up.

They forgot my folk for an order to pick up that was a salad. So imagine getting back to work after lunch and BOOM no fork, and there's no silverware at work. Then they dont cut up the veggies, like you're just supposed to eat them whole. If they wanted me to cut them, they should have included a knife and no fork.

One of the worst subways and I eat different subways around the countryseveral times a week as a truck driver. Pepperoni face girl will not give you any vegetables. Not for extra money, not for a tip…just period. All the sauce you want on your bread sandwich. Make get as well just eat at Burger King, you’ll probably get more veggies on your burger. (Actually I have)

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at Subway. Staff were very friendly and fast. Restaurant was very clean. Awesome employees!
I am not the biggest fan of Subway usually, but this place was exceptional! Normally, I get a meatball and it is always soggy by the time I get to sit down and enjoy it or I get a ham and cheese, but the same with the veggies, the make the bread soggy. However, at this location, I ordered half of each and both were surprisingly delicious. I said light sauce and the woman did just that. On the ham and cheese, she made it a point to have the meat cover the bread and the veggies in the middle. It was something so small that restored my faith in Subway and in some humans out there. They actually valued their job and made sure customers were satisfied. I cant say I will willingly visit many Subway restaurants, but this one was great!

I usually love subway but today in Wells NV I was so disappointed… the girl that made up my footlong pulled all the bread out of it, so all that was left was a crust shell it was awful…I was on a job passing through with the other transport guys or I would of taken it back and gotten a refund… Shame on you Subway I advise everyone in Wells to enjoy the other fast food services available….
