This McDonald's this morning had some guys laughing and being rude to my husband on the intercom, then laughing at us. The food made us all sick. Who ever hired those clowns should be ashamed. They don't like Bonneville racers...
If there was an option to give negative stars I would! By far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We went to the front to order with an employee up front named Amy. She told us we HAVE to use the kiosk for o order and she can’t help us. We told her that this is terrible customer service and she proceeded to tel us it’s not that hard to use and actually very convenient and continued to argue about machines being good customer service and making rude comments. entire floor was soaking wet, slipping and sliding, out of lids, out of straws, slow service, disgusting bathrooms. really disapointing!
