Worst prime rib! Dry overcooked and horrible, lacking any flavor and seasoning. I would rather eat a steak at Denny’s over ever having to suffer through a steak like that again! Service was acceptable but food was not.

Its was my bday dinner i order a tpp sirloin steak. It was so dry. I ordered baked paotato loaded. No butter no sour cream. The waiter was incompetent. And it was so overpriced for crap service and wirse food. Avois this place at all cost.

Restaurant is clean, well maintained however looks dated and may need some upgrading to make it more inviting. Service is actually very good and surprisingly, the food is even better. We all enjoyed the quality of food and personally, my Bacon BlueCheese Burger tasted so fresh and very yummy 👌🍔😋

Very good breakfast, quite fast. The only place we found that was open at 6:30 in the morning. Great service from the waitress. The screens showing food preparation were quite mesmerizing!
My only complaint is that the cashier was visiting with a coworker, and when she finally decided to come ring us out, seeing us standing at the register several minutes, she was very sour, unfriendly, bordering on rude. We were traveling home after having just returned from overseas, where the service was absolutely impeccable, and so friendly; which made us realize how far the US has fallen when it comes to customer service. So embarrassing, so sad.

I put some food back at this place..meaning I smashed, it was so good. The crew was slacking though as a kitchen worker I was disappointed. The floors and counters were consistently dirty. In the 2 nights I stayed, I went 4 times clearing 70+ dollars each time, but for the amount of food I got, it was worth it. Don't sit at the counter if you go.. you get to hear how the milkshake messed her tummy up, and all she does is fart... then you get to witness her back into a corner and push one out, then talk about it. The first lady was rude and short with me not even wanting to let me order because she thought it was to much food for me.. dont sleep on the skinny guys, we can put away some food. The 2nd lady was on top of my water and needs every time she passed by no complaints on the 3rd and 4th server. My the dinner list #4western cheeseburger with frys, #3double western cheese burger w/frys, strawberry milkshake was really really good. macho beef #5Nachos, #6two orders of onion rings, #1Belgian waffle, #7cheese sticks, #2orange chicken. The number indicated best. The only thing that really surprises me was how basic the cheese sticks were, along with the lack of initiative from the outside crew. No clean as you go just standing around. We feed 1800 to 2400 fire fighters twice a day. I guess there has to be more accountability proficiency and consistency when you do what we do.. no excuses, they could have done the same thing, and this post would have been how clean and great the food was. First, it took forever to actually get seated. It was not busy and 4 different staff walked by and didn't even acknowledge the 10 people waiting, all different groups.

The server was great, no complaints there.

The food was mostly awful. My mozzarella sticks were still frozen inside. They took them back and reheated them. When my chicken fried steak arrived, nothing was warm. My meat had most definitely never reached 165° after it left the freezer, and if the potatoes had, you couldn't tell. The mashed potatoes were very watery, I don't believe they were "real" mashed potatoes as advertised. The "fresh baked" roll was freezer burned, and one whole side was hard as a rock.

There were 2 upsides to the meal, the spicy chicken wings were great and so was the navy bean soup.

For $25 a plate and $20 for an appetizer, I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed. We'll never eat there again!

Go to the Garter. Food is descent and the prices are fair! This place as well as Montego are ridiculous abd DEFINITELY not worth half what they ask.
