I came in at 4 a.m I get it she is doing overnights I also work from 10p.m. to 7 a.m. and I still treat people with a smile and respect. The service was bad this girl name Abril had spoiled half and half whipped cream was also spoiled coffee was not tasting right. When asking for a fresh creamer she just dumped it spilling it all over the canister.

The coffee was terrible, they used too much chocolate in my Frappuccino, it only taste like chocolate at all🤮 And later they make my boyfriend pay for another coffee knowing they absolutely messed up the first one, the barista Hispanic girl give us actitud all the time, she didn't care that my boyfriend literally threw his first coffee in the trash because it literally tasted like garbage with sugar

Crazy how they give you comps but one manager always gives me attitude! Like if you don't like working there do something else! I don't know the rules on what size of drink I am supposed to be getting that's your JOB! Always get smaller size with this one particular manager! You should know the rules train others then if they are giving me wrong size. How about offer larger size for a extra fee . Called up sell!! No just assume !! It's all about service. Do better Nugget! ?

The summer berry lemonade was great!And the customer service was awesome!!!
They suck. What's the point of points of they NEVER let us collect them? Starbucks has gone down so bad. Point system is stupid. They are so quick to cash you out and tell you "sorry i can try to call but pretty much your points are lost". She didn't even give me time to pull up my scan code. Just ugly first thing in the morning to be greeted with attitude.. like im the inconvenience coming into HER coffee shop.

The employees here are sooo rude. I bet not many people come here to do a review being inside the casino, but after 2 years, Im fed up with the attitudes and shear laziness. Even newer employees!! I have only run into 1 nice employee here in the past. The dread about the thought of coming in here is Im sure having affect on drawing customers into the casino cause having a free drink is one of the reasons I come, due to so many drawbacks but I can get my free drink over at the red garter, which usually I prefer nuggets slots
