I love love love this Starbucks. All of the after 3pm people are awesome. They are all friendly and happy to see me. They make my regular frappe perfect Everytime! They send me on my way deliciously! Great job friends. Keep smiling.

This Starbucks was like any other with effective and friendly staff. It is, however inside the Casino. For those looking to avoid the smell of smoke, etcétera, this is not the best location. If you like casinos, you may very well enjoy it.

Got the coffee drank a lil and it was burnt really bad asked if I could get some fresh coffee and she said to leave or she will call the casino security. Do not go

10/10 service and amazing drink. Although no one else was here Sandra greeted me with a warm welcome and even engaged with conversation with me. Great attitude and great humor. The drink was amazing and tasted way different from the morning. Will definitely come here again late at night.

Typical Starbucks but for some reason, this location looks outdated and for some reason lacks some vibe that most Starbucks have. The staff that took our orders however was very nice and professional.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star…. I have been to thousands of Starbucks and I always LOVE the service the taste and the experience.. but tonight I wasn’t even given basic service. I wanted a breakfast sandwich without the cheese ( since im lactose intolerant) and they refused me. I have never ever been refused the no cheese at any Starbucks. I know it’s pre-made but the workers are always willing to throw the cheese off before they re-heat the sandwich… but the girls here where just plain rude to me and said it’s not possible. They had no regard for my dietary concerns. Disappointing since every other Starbucks location always does this for me. Don’t waste your money on this mediocre location.

We went in the morning around 9am, despite poor reviews, we were met with happy faces. They were patient even though we didn’t have our order planned in advance and I have a gluten allergy. They did a great job. Will return again!

I came in at 4 a.m I get it she is doing overnights I also work from 10p.m. to 7 a.m. and I still treat people with a smile and respect. The service was bad this girl name Abril had spoiled half and half whipped cream was also spoiled coffee was not tasting right. When asking for a fresh creamer she just dumped it spilling it all over the canister.

The coffee was terrible, they used too much chocolate in my Frappuccino, it only taste like chocolate at all🤮 And later they make my boyfriend pay for another coffee knowing they absolutely messed up the first one, the barista Hispanic girl give us actitud all the time, she didn't care that my boyfriend literally threw his first coffee in the trash because it literally tasted like garbage with sugar
