I didn't have a steak but 4 stars for the candied bacon. I was expecting a few thin slices but it was a whole plate of thick cut pieces in a sweet sauce. The lobster mac & cheese and crab stuffed mushrooms were good, maybe not Gordon Ramsay good but decent. The portions were large, just the bacon or the mac by itself would have been enough for two to share or a whole meal for one person. +1 for the staff, very friendly and helped me out with a bag of ice so my leftovers wouldn't go bad on the drive back to Salt Lake. Tira misu was really good too, enough rum to taste but not overpowering. I'd eat here again.

Very good but the prices are overwhelming! I think they should reevaluate as they could be doing a bigger crowd as a business standpoint!

For the prices one pays I would anticipate better than Dennys services. 10 minutes to check on us, I complained of my prime rib being well vs medium rare and I wan told they had no more. We some condiments and did not get them until more than 1/2 through meal. Really poor experience

The food and service at The Nugget Steakhouse in Wendover, Nevada, was very good. All my food was cooked as ordered, was delivered quickly and was very good.I was especially pleased with my waitress, who checked on me often and was quick to respond to any of my needs. She was also very pleasant and courteous. I will be eating here again.

Menu is short and selection is limited. Prices are high for a restaurant in the middle of a desert. But this was for my wife's birthday so I'll splurge. We've been to Morton's so we've had expensive, great steaks so we're not rubes. Wife loved the lobster roll and I had the chicken marsala. For $44, the chicken marsala was OK. Service was very attentive and the wait staff presented my wife with a candle on a cheese cake for desert, gratis. Overall a good experience. Just pricey for what you get.

Gave it only ine star because ther is no option for less. Way over priced. Salad was not so fresh, fruit tart, ok.. Mac and cheese had good flavor, but not worth the price. Will not be visiting this place again any time soon.

The Steak ? I ate from this place was one of the best meats I have ever had . The sides whipped potatoes and Mac and Cheese was just as good. This place is a must try.

Coffee mug had lipstick , coffee had floaters. Now being as me and my son ster we're the only two it should not have had taken so long. The food came out cold and late and wrong. Chili cheese fries were presented as a bowl of chili and and some chips. Offered to pay for the coffee and left the staring waitstaff standing. Would not try this restaurant again next time I am in wendover. Keep in mind this is only one man's experience.
