So the food is delicious. It was fresh and well seasoned. I ordered smother pork chops,fried chicken and Salisbury steak. The pork chop and fried chicken were amazing, however the Salisbury steak could have been better. It tasted like an old beef patty that was just putting gravy. My side items were dirty rice, collard greens, and rice and gravy. The side items were superb. The collard greens did not have any meat in them however they were not lacking flavor at all. I would definitely go back. Make sure you know what you want because staff can be a little impatient. And you know that there are quite a few options to choose from.

I recently visited Soul Food Express, and I have to say the experience was incredibly disappointing. First, the customer service was terrible—staff were rude and dismissive, which set a bad tone right from the start. One of the workers was loudly belittling a co-worker in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional.
As for the food, it wasn’t fresh or even hot when served. For the prices they’re charging, which aren’t even clearly listed, I expected much better. The portions were also shockingly small considering how expensive everything was. Overall, this place did not live up to its reputation, and I won’t be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the smothered pork chops and meatloaf along with macaroni and cheese & dirty rice! So much flavor and seasonings! The establishment reminds me of a southern greasy spot where mom and elders are in the kitchen making magic happen!! The decor is sort of dated but very clean! If you wants some amazing southern food, check them out!! 10 out of 10, recommend!!

When I say hands down the best soul food in VEGAS!! You can taste the southern love from The crispy made to order cat fish down the the creamy Mac and cheese. The prices a reasonable and the customer service is 100/10 they have a customer for life. THANKS MRS.
