While waiting 35 minutes for our pizza to be prepared I saw a super disorganized and messy kitchen, ingredient bags opened and spilling out on the preparation counter, both half prepared and fully cooked orderers just sitting around, staff sneezing into hands & continuing to work, staff walking around aimlessly just “hanging out”, staff eating pizza from the warming rack. There was plenty of staff, but very little getting done.After arriving home and looking at our pizza, my wife and I decided to return the entire order because we were too nervous to feed it to our kids.

3:30 in the afternoon, started calling for a pizza. Called five times in 30 minutes and walked in your door with the ringing and there was five people standing there talking, not busy. I confronted the lady at the cash register about their phone being out of order and she actually told me they were too busy to answer the phone. I rest my case

This Domino's in Winnemucca is hit or miss, placed an online order at 6:22pm, received email conf, it's now 7:45pm and nothing. Tried calling, 1st call 6:21 minutes, no answer, calling 2nd time, now at 7:06 minutes and still no answer. This time i'm done with Domino's. Still on hold 9:23 minutes. Just Ridiculous.

Would give 0 if I could. Absolutely horrible. Waited 2 hours for a pizza, we got a notification it was a delivered and it wasn’t. When we called the store we were told we had to wait 30 more minutes before they could do anything. Pizza looked like it was deformed. Store has become absolute trash. Way better off just getting a pizza from Papa Murphy’s.

I was not impressed with this dominos location. i had a carry out order. my app said my order was ready, then another 7ish minutes went by. i called the store from my car and no one answered. finally, i went into the store. i saw they were SUPER busy, which is fine! I understand you can’t provide perfect service when you are slammed. however, i saw three kids in the back talking and goofing around while the people up front were working hard, and i know they saw me waiting, i was in plain sight of them. there was no line, just me at the front.eventually after waiting about 5 minutes, one of the people in the front told one of the kids to come help me. he then told me my order was in fact NOT ready, and i waited another few minutes.I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but the fact that they said my order was ready when it wasn’t, then ignored me for several minutes in favor of goofing off when i came in was really frustrating. i will not be eating from this location again.

I called 3 different times to order a pizza, 2 of the times I called it sounded like someone pick the phone and set it back down to end the call. I called again while I sat in the store just see if that was actually happening and with out hesitation the lady in my face cause I was next to order picked the phone and set it back down to end the call ... terrible customer service. They weren't even that busy. She also mentioned to a customer that brought back the wrong that was delivered to her house that they are slammed and she can't answer phones at the moment lmfao... it's honestly sad watching 4 people mess up so many orders in such a small town .

We ordered a 5 cheese dip with garlic bread and pasta. The dip was first class I highly recommend it. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. I usually don't rate pizza delivery very high but I'm making an exception for this place.

This has to be the worst Domino's i have ever ordered from. It is hit or miss. The food is either cold, looks as it has been reheated past the point that the flavor is gone. Then on the other spectrum, it arrives all doughy, as if it wasn't baked very long.Arrival time always vary from less than 30 mins or like tonight, placed order online 646pm, quality check 727pm, arrived 814pm. Yes i know i'm sure it's busy sometimes. When ever i order my points free pizza, it always seems to take forever, then i receive an email from Domino's your order wasn't what we expected or hoped.Don't get me wrong, when the food is good it's very good. But it's rare.

we ordered the online special of the 20$ mix and match or whatever it's called where you get 2 medium one topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon knots and 2 liter of your choice. well everything we ordered was correct except we got 2 orders of garlic knots and no cinnamon knots (which is what we ordered). I'm not complaining at all everything was 10/10 just one thing was way off what I expected it to be for good reason but I am a garlic girl so other than that slight mix up 5/5 stars!
