Hamburgers are consistently horrible. Buns are stale, and it looks like they've been run over and then thrown under a heat lamp for 4 days after before served to you. I've given them three chances over two months but I'm done going there

Grill was broke down, so only fried foods were available, (no burgers) ok whatever, got chicken sandwich. Except the sandwich was soggy and the few curly fries they gave me looked like they came from the bottom of the bag (teeny) Also the soda had a slight essence of mildew, yum! The girl at the register was very nice though and helped me carry my food to the table because I was holding my baby.

Worst experience I have ever had. Our order taker [Carly] was super rude, the store was out of bacon, LG cups, no mini tacos, ect. We drove out of our way on our way home for Jack in the box due to we don't have one in our town in Oregon. We ended up getting food we didn't want and the frys were cold, burger was sub par and don't get me started on my salad. Carly ruined our whole experience by slamming the drive thru windrow shut not once but 4 times. I guess I made her mad for asking for my receipt for my business expenses while I travel. Please do better for the next customers

Every time I come here, something is not right beside. The service… this is not fast food, this is slow food. Nobody moves with a sense of urgency. Drive-through you’re there for 30 minutes sometimes more and then DoorDash orders about 20 minutes of waiting as well and it’s not like there’s a bunch of people ordering food. It’s just because they move slow. And the Boba pearls were hard. My daughter was so sad about it.

Got food dined in place was as you’d expect new combo smashed jack on sourdough was good but nothing too special standard hack in the box b it seems quite a bit more expensive then has been before
I placed a app order drove to the Winnemucca jack in the box on my lunch break, noticed that it looked really busy so I waited 10 minutes outside then walked in and asked for my online order, I was told that my order is not even up on their screen yet and they don't know when it will be ready, already 45 minutes into my lunch break I requested a refund and was told they can't refund me I have to request it through the app, so after work I will have to figure out how to request a refund, so yeah I got robbed for lunch today and will never go back there again. Gezz I'm hungry

Tried to make a quick stop on a long road trip. Restaurant was empty and drive thru didn’t look busy either, yet it took 20 min to get our food. Plus we had to wait 5 min at the register for anyone to come the register. Food quality was subpar.

3 different for 3 people all horrible. Burgers burned to crisp. Fries rock hard. Must have cooked at least 3 times except for the occasional still frozen ones. Avoid at all cost. If faced with a choice between here and road kill, go for the road kill
