We finally got to try this place. Pastries are good, pricey in my opinion and too much sugar. The size of each pastry is big enough to share except for the gluten free item (last pic). That thing was tiny!

Hands down THE BEST gluten free chocolate chip cookie. The right texture, the right taste, not sickening sweet, and an amazing price. Lasted two days. As good or better than regular flour. And the almond croissant was staggering! A must even if you are just driving through.

The homemade pastries are delicious... unfortunately they are not able to offer a place to sit and enjoy them, except for an unheated porch. The coffee is just ok. There are a lot of curios & succulents to look at while you wait for your coffee, but could use a little loving care. Give them a break and buy the pastries..

Wow, what a find! We stopped for some quick road trip snacks, and coffee and randomly chose this place from a Google search. We had a blueberry danish, bourbon, pecan croissant, pumpkin chocolate chip cookie, and lemon blueberry scone/muffin. Definitely worth a stop. You will not be disappointed!

Arrived at 7 am to blueberry cream cheese croissants coming out of the oven!! Shared an almond croissant and a blueberry croissant with my husband. They were so flaky and delicious. This will now be a MUST STOP when ever we pass through Winnemucca!!!

Guess I hit the place on the wrong day after reading other reviews. Very little to choose from in the sweets counter. Chose a Bourbon Croissant. What do you think of when you hear "Croissant"? Flakey, light, rolled triangular dough into a crescent-looking pastry. This was anything but the classic French delicacy. Had to be at least 2 days old. Dry. Looked more like a mis-shaped cinnamon bun. Big glob of something in the middle. Not very tasty. The icing was good but cracked and fell in my lap with the first bite. I had so looked forward to stopping in to this shop since Winnemucca REALLY needs a GOOD bakery. I will not be back. So sad.
