unappealing, unappetizing, terrible atmosphere, overpriced, rude staff, will never go there again.

Incredible food! I had the steak poutine and not only was it delicious but it was quite filling. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. Washing it down with a dark beer was the perfect compliment to an amazing meal. Looking forward to visiting again.

I have lived here 2 and 1/2 years and we have only been there twice,the food is just OK and I feel like the restaurant needs a remodel.There is better places to eat in winnemucca.

The service and food were excellent! However, we initially had trouble determining if the restaurant was open due to the very dim lighting. When we entered, there was an unpleasant odor, which we think might have been from a mop bucket nearby. Despite this, it didn’t impact our overall experience, and I still highly recommend this place for the great food and outstanding service!

I went in today to order some food to go and I definitely recall ordering Chicken enchiladas with rice and beans I was pretty certain that is what I ordered when I got to the hotel across the street Econolodge. I open my order and I noticed that I got chicken Quesadilla with a side of rice and beans instead of my chicken enchiladas also ask the waiter of the excessive charges that I received on my bill but I failed to notice that I got billed for chicken quesadilla instead of chicken enchiladas I was sitting by the bar, which is the lighting is not very lit area. It is dark atmosphere I contacted the restaurant and I said I ordered chicken enchiladas instead of chicken quesadillas and the lady very rudely said no you ordered chicken quesadillas with a side of rice and beans. She also said I have the recording of you making your order not to mention that I was not advised that I am being recorded, which is completely illegal. Imagine you’re eating food speaking to your family member about things and this restaurant records your conversations how illegal is that? I say very illegal. Why should they be recording Orders and why should they be recording your conversations? Please be aware. I find it very disturbing that a restaurant records, your voice and your conversations. I find that very odd. I think what I will do is I will contact some city officials in the morning about this.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady who was our waitress. The service was very good. The food was good. Nothing amazing, but it was good atmosphere was good, but also not amazing. It was a good quick stop off the road for dinner. Prices were a bit high. $18 burger.

Rude service from the older Latin lady bartender who never came back after she took my order to go she never smiled or gave a friendly impression. The next younger bartender who serviced me went to go check up on my food and give me my tab. I ordered my shot and beer while I waited for my togo food, when I received my check I noticed 5 extra (.50 cent) fee for my togo order including my drinks I had there. when I inquired about the ( TOGO) fees the bartender shrugged her shoulders and said the previous staff that I originally ordered with had added it and said thats what the establishment does for togo's order. The NEW employee that was on her 5th day quoted " I havent heard of a togo fee" which really puzzled me because that indicates that they targeted me and added extra fees for some reason. We didnt eat the food in fear of them messing with the food. Horrible service horrible consistency never going back. Hopefully when u go they like you and dont tack on extra fees whenever the staff FEELS like it.
