Queso's Winnemuca

Best queso and salsa dip we have ever had. I got the steak Street tacos, and they know how to cook steak! So juicy and flavorful. My husband got the Quesadilla. Very cheesy and crispy! Loved this place, would recommend to everyone! The servers were very sweet and nice. Also Good prices! For both of our meals plus the queso dip was about 30$.

Stopped in for a late lunch at 2pm. The place was empty which can be a bit unsettling and concerning but those indicators were misplaced and this place turned out to be a great place for lunch.The two young ladies on shift were polite and appeared happy. I ordered the ? chili relleno and it was great being smothered with onions and creme fresh.Beers are served in icey cold frosty mugs which is the perfect way to enjoy a beer.Food was great. Service was good, food not so much. Beans tasted like doctored canned beans and rice was bland. It was OK, but there is better Mexican fare around in my opinion. I guess Mexican food is no longer a cheap alternative as it is pricey everywhere now. The bar is nice and huge, but oddly nobody sitting at it on a Saturday evening. People were at the tables in the bar area, but pretty quiet for a Saturday.
