We stopped for a quick lunch. The food was good, the coffee was good diner style coffee, and the service was great. The Eggs Benedict was really good and I "stole" a fry from a child which was also really good.
We drive through Winnemucca every so often, and always make it a point to stop at The Griddle. The food is good, classic diner fare and the service is always friendly and attentive. We've made The Griddle our road trip tradition, and highly recommend others should too.

You HANE YO GO HERE it's like stepping back in time ... this place is extremely yummy .I had the ham and fluffy egg croissant and had browns and my husband had french toast with eggs and bacon It was extraordinary...we eat at a lot of places and this is home cooking at its best ..Vanessa was our server she was awesome as were all the people ...they were so kind and welcoming. The place is beautifully decorated and so clean and neat .You can tell the people love their jobs .I wish we lived closer but when we come back through we will definitely stop and eat again .
