It's a shame this place is only open on Friday-Sunday because they really do have some of the best Mexican food I've had anywhere. Certainly, rivals ones that I've frequented in SoCal. They do have a limited menu but to me, that's how it is at a good taqueria. On our last visit, my wife had a carne asada and a pollo asada taco and as you'd expect, they were served plain on really good homemade tortillas and so that you can load them up at the very well...
This is my favorite taco spot in all of Y-Town. My personal favorite are the cabeza Tacos and the menudo on Sundays. Although all of the tacos have been great and all the meats are delicious. The tortillas are all freshly made there daily. And the burritos are amazing and huge. Fridays they serve up 5 chicken or cheese enchiladas with rice and beans special for $7.
