The service is very good. I have however had problems with the coffee being inconsistent. Sometimes it's spot on other times it's washed out and the flavor is burnt or very weak. I never know what I'm going to get So i tend to only go here when I'm in a hurry and have kids in the car so the drive though is convenient.

I have no idea what happened. I said I wanted a matcha drink, but not too sweet. She suggested 1/2 sweet. What I received was a drink that had no flavor, no sweetness whatsoever, and tasted like someone blended ice with creamer. There was no other flavors. It literally was like someone opened a can of cream/full fat milk, added ice to it, and then a little light green color. $6 for it.
