Every time we visit there is a different piece of equipment that's broken. Most the time it was the ice cream machine. Now it's the drink despenser.

Had to come inside to use wifi. I had a very important call come in. Inside of this McDonald's, the fans were not working, and it was smokey because of their cooking.
And ALL McDonald's are becoming very impersonal to customers. Why? Because you have to use the kiosk to make you're own order, then you get your food from a person. Might as well go all robotic, thar way it's REAL IMPERSONABLE for the customers. I find this kind of service rude. It's like they don't want to be bothered by hiring real people to serve real people.

Worst experience ever... Sat in drive thru for 10-15 minutes for ice cream, two cars in front of me also had to wait for there one bag... Manager was taking drive thru orders, SO DAM RUDE, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Cashier was no better I guess they were inconvenience by doing there job... The sad part about it the lobby was empty only 3 cars in drive thru 10-15 minute I think the first car was there longer then that... I was the 3rd car

If I could give this place a negative number I would!!! This is absolutely the WORST place I have ever been. Last week I ordered a mccrispy chicken sandwich with mayo and mustard, a medium fry and a sweet tea. We went through the drive thru. After we left and opened our food, the tea was most definitely NOT sweet, there was a dry chicken patty on a bun, ZERO condiments at all, much less what I ordered and the extra medium fry I ordered was nowhere in sight. Went back through the drive through and complained. They said "sorry we're training" didn't offer to remake the meal correctly but did give us the medium fry (they put them in the bag upside down so they were all over the bag and they were cold) spoke with a manager and she said our next meal would be free. Waited a week and decided to give them another shot. Went through the drive thru again and ordered a 2 cheeseburger value meal and a medium extra fry. Got out of the drive thru so not to hold up the customers behind me and checked the bag. Once again, my sweet tea was NOT sweet in any way, opened my cheeseburger to give to my granddaughter and there was a bun with cheese and no burger. I thought, you've GOT to be kidding me, ok maybe it was a mistake so I opened up the other burger and that one ALSO had justa bun with a slice of cheese???? At this point I'm furious because this is now twice in a week that they screwed up so badly it's ridiculous! Went back through the drive thru and handed the "burgers back to them and asked what was missing. The entire crew started laughing. I asked to speak to the manager and lady came to the window, said "sorry we're training" handed me 2 more burgers and said sorry but did not offer a refund. At this point, I have to throw the food away due to their behavior and not trusting the food. I will be making a call to the health department in the morning as well, based on pictures taken in the drive thru of the condition of the facility. While there aren't many places to eat in this town, ANYWHERE else is recommended. This place should be shut down!! Worst experience ever and gives McDonald's a horrible name!!!
