They are a typical McDonald's. They have a lack of customer service. They are slow most of the time. They mess up orders, but to be fair I do throw odd stuff sometimes. I didn't think ordering without a bun or adding to a coffee was that odd though. Most of the time it isn't bad enough to go in and ask them to fix it, I get my coffee other places if I can. Have also had issues with the app and this store working right.
You have to order from a kiosk. No menu board. Which I find both convenient and inconvenient. Just different, I guess.
